there is usually hidden in the middle to beginning of the last third of that display a button that will read something like play/pause and something else, that one usually works for me

Do you still have JAWS 11? If so, completely remove JAWS 12, and then do an
install of JAWS 11. After a reboot, do a clean install of the version of
JAWS 12 that you want to use.

Aside from the grammar that you acknowledge, I suspect they are both one and

IE 9 question
On my Windows 7 home premium machine, somehow, I have 2 launch icons for Internet Explorer 9.
One says 64-bit and the other one, it doesn't say nothing.
Is there 2 different ones?
Would it be better

Make sure that your system tray is enabled. I don't have Win 7 yet, but in
XP you can open properties of the taskbar by using Alt+Enter when on it.

JAWS Key/Insert + F11 and F12 Not speaking
Just purchased a brand new Dell laptop with Win 7 and have installed the

Manual writer? Even the on-demand help files with keyboard shortcuts are way
behind. They still claim that Ctrl+Shift+1 in Excel will read the top cell
of a column -- it will not, as of JAWS
