They had to change the keystroke because windows 8 uses it. Try insert-windows C.

Can you explain what you mean by "doesn't work" I use it all the time in JAWS 14. Remember they changed the command to JAWSKEY+WINDOWS+C. Roy

Bob, I'm using JAWS 13, but I noticed that JAWS got stuck in a forms field. Is that what's happening? If so, the way out is to press the PC cursor.

You can also use insert and the number 3 to pass the enter key through jaws to iTunes without exiting jaws. HTH. Aleeha dudley
