insert+1 (on the numbers row) toggles keyboard help on and off. after turning keyboard help on, press any key or combination and jaws will tell you what it does.

Do you use Quicken with Jaws 17?
I have heard that Quicken built in scripts that is supposed to make it
easier to use. I have not found any such luck.

Re: Windows 10 question with Jaws 17
I don’t know if you have used Siri with an iPhone, but it is Windows 10’s equivalent. You can ask it questions and the like. I haven’t set it up and it isn’t bothering anybody.

Re: finding what a key is
To invoke keyboard help, press the jaws key and 1 on the number row.
It's a toggle so when you are finished exploring just repeat the
keystroke to turn off help.

Re: Bug with jaws 17 and saying blank when reading emails
I don't know for sure, but I would guess that this is because Jaws 17 no longer supports Outlook express, which hasn't been supported by Microsoft for some time.
