I use an online backup called Carbonite. It backs up whenever you're
connected to the internet. I think it costs about fifty bucks a year.

Do you already own JAWS 13, or have an SMA for JAWS 12? If yes, then
download the appropriate version of JAWS 13 to your hard drive, and execute
the file from there.

Make sure your IT folks contact them again. There is a version that works
with all our security enhancement plus Windows 7. The version I have
installed is:

IP Blue is a truly wonderful soft phone. The hotkeys are amazing. As Dave mentioned, one can answer the phone from within any application.
