I don't know of any 32-bit programs that won't run on a 64-bit system, although I suppose there may be some. But, that is what the Programs\x86 folder is for, that's where the 32-bit

Your tech fellow would need to basically replace the entire logic board in your computer. This is how data is addressed by your processor. The ram is different. Everything internally has to handle

The major differences are:
1. If you can find Win 32-bit, they are harder to find.
2. Win 7 32-bit only supports 4GB of Ram or less. Win 7 64-bit supports way more, most machines can support
