I suggest opening the PDF either with Microsoft Word or with Acrobat Reader. This will tell you whether there is any readable text in the file. Worst case, subject the PDF to JAWS Convenient OCR.

It could be that instead of generating a PDF from the original document that was used to make the manual, they just scanned in a manual and saved the images in the PDF file. If they did that you'll

Hi Dave, Yes your right about the time out feature. The time out feature is 60 minutes, and your right about it being that it could be any computer. However, in this case the entire system shuts down

Sorry, one more thing, they keep describing the boxes as tiles which I can’t seem to get to. When they have had access to my laptop and watch what I’m doing, they will tell me at a certain point
