Re: Background programs interfering with JAWS
Hello Karen:
I don’t believe there is a turn off mouse function, but there is one which can be used to turn off the touchpad which usually sits in front of a laptop’s keyboard.

Hi Dale,
Are you using a laptop or desktop? I’ve found that just getting near the mouse on the laptop sometimes sends things to another window. Some day I’ll get the turn the mouse off key

JAWS Settings: One common settings folder, two computers
I have two computers that I use JAWS with. Currently, they each have their own settings folder on their local harddrives. Is it possible to have them pull from a common settings folder in the cloud?

Tried your suggestions and still no joy.
It seems you are using Office 360. I am using Office 2016.
Maybe I need to call the MS Accessibility line to see if Office 2016 offers the drop down
