Curtis,
Thanks for the reply. Here is what I have found… The Envelopes option does not appear on the Quick Access Tool Bar. When I arrow up after hitting the Alt Key, I can arrow right and left with no Envelope option. If I arrow to the search option on the Quick Access Tool Bar and type Envelope, I can find it and hit enter to activate. My hope was that the Envelope Option would appear independently. I hope that all made sense…

Hi all, About two months ago I created an Outlook.com email account because I was tired of the email account that I have with our ISP (which is the account that I'm sending this message from) either blocking messages or marking messages that aren't junk as junk even though I've marked them as not junk so many times. I hate worrying about whether or not I'll receive a message, which is why I decided to create an Outlook.com account. Anyway, now for my issue/question, with my Outlook.com account sometimes it'd let me send messages and other times they wouldn't go through and then my account would get locked because they thought I was doing something bad when I wasn't. The last time this happened I got a message telling me to sign into my account, but I've been avoiding doing this for fear that I'm just going to keep having the same issue which I really don't want to continue to have to deal with. I've called the MS Disability Answer Desk twice regarding this, and they've been able to unlock my account but both times they haven't told me why this happens or if there's anything that I can do to prevent this from happening in the future. So for anyone who has or has had an Outlook.com account have you ever had this issue? If so, any idea what I can do to prevent this from happening again? If no one else has had this issue then what did I do wrong? If anyone else has ideas please share them also. I really don't want to get rid of my account; and I really want to have all of my emails going to one address as checking two inboxes is annoying. I hate accessing mail on the web. I think the original question was actually about MS-Word, although that was not abundantly clear, that's for sure. There's an awful lot of mixing of terminology, so you're probably correct that Outlook is under discussion.
I don't really recall ever having seen anything like "quick access" in Word. Van Lant, Robin
Is the Envelope icon the New Message button? I just added that one to my Quick Access and it’s working just fine. Just to be clear, I get to the QAT by pressing alt, then up arrow then arrowing left and right. JAWS reads that icon as “New Message”. Be aware that icons are context sensitive. As I type this message in Outlook, the New Message is not in the QAT, but icons I’ve added relevant to message editing are there. I only see the New Message icon in the Quick Access while in my inbox.

Judy, this may be redundant and in no way should be taken the wrong way. Be careful when using the unmute or stop or start video. Your audience may hear or see something they shouldn’t. After a zoom meeting before going into a breakout room, my wife asked me if I was going to talk to anyone. My response was , “NO. Then went into slight detail, why. Well, she’d unmuted us unbeknownst to me. Generally I have JAWS going through a second audio channel, this time I didn’t and of course should have.

Word 365 Quick Access
Mark Arnold ABG
Group,
I want to add the Envelope Dialog to the Quick Access Bar. I found the Envelope Dialog via the ribbon and located the Envelope Dialog. I activated the context menu and added it to the Quick Access Bar. Funny thing, JAWS does not read it as an option. I rechecked my steps and the option to add Envelopes to the Quick Access Bar now states “unavailable. Hope that all made sense… I should add I am running Windows 11 with the latest build of JAWS.
Thanks in advance for any assistance, Mark

Re: Question on how to print an address on an envelope using a standard printer.
David Diamond
I’m not Brian but I can answer your question. After going into your downloads folder, highlight what you want copied, press control, C, it will say “Copied to clip board” Then close the downloads folder and open up your USB stick, thumb drive or whatever you are calling it, then just do the following, press control V. That will paste whatever was copied into where ever you are. In this case it is your USB device.

Hi Brian and all, Thank you for creating these, I downloaded both templates, now how do I save or get them onto my USB stick? They’re currently in my downloads folder or whatever the place is called where downloads go to.

Now, what I think will be a major improvement as far as ease of use. I'm constantly harping on the fact that too few in this world know how to create an accessible MS-Word fillable form, but I do, and that's what I should have done to
begin with. In this template, each line of the return address is a fillable field as well as each line of the main address, and each is announced as you land in it. You also can't do anything but type in the content you want, so nothing can end up accidentally
rearranged on the face of the envelope, either. Just fill it in and print it. Brian - Windows 10, 64-Bit, Version 21H1, Build 19043 Science has become just another voice in the room; it has lost its platform. Now, you simply declare your own truth. ~ Dr. Paul A.
