Would anyone here have any updates or information, as too whether or not, The tandem issue that jaws was experiencing has gotten resolved?  I’m asking, because I may need them too do a tandem session on my computer, too   address a serial number license conflict issue  between my computer, and the Jaws  serial number  that was issued too the one that they gave my girlfriend.  We both have the yearly license, but their seems too be a mix up.

I confirm this to be true. However, pressing Shift F10 or the Applications key does work.

Right mouse click command (Caps Lock 9) works in every application APART from Word.  It announces right click but no menu appears.

So, I think I’m set for the time being.

I ran into a problem with JAWS hanging up. It would not speak at the desktop, and I could not get it to re-start.

 

I then did a JAWS repair. So far, I am OK. I just wonder if anybody had the same issue.

PS

I also noticed that it would get hung up when in Outlook 16.

 

What changes might I make to resolve this issue?

Hi, Jeff. As Tom says, you can burn your files to disc using iTunes, but I don't know if someone else can play them. m4p files are protected. That's what the p in m4p stands for, Protected.

If you have the playlist in iTunes, go to the file menu when the playlist is in focus and choose to burn disk. iTunes an easy way of burning a playlist.
