Hi all,

As part of my job, I have to collaborate with colleagues using Google
Docs. The comments and revisions that they make are hard to access
using Docs for me. So I often end up just downloading the document
into Word. It is quite hard to access these changes in Word as well as
JAWS does not typically treat them the way it treats
comments/revisions made in a word document.

The main difficulty I face in accessing comments is that the
keystrokes that are supposed to help you get into a comment's text
don't work for me. So even if I know that there is a comment on the
word Rahul, I am unable to open that comment up and see its contents.
And as for revisions, I do not know how one can jump from one revision
to another. Can someone who uses Docs regularly in this way help me,
please?

When you uninstall Chrome through either Control Panel>Programs and
Features, or via Settings>Apps and Features, Windows leaves behind
some folders and files that belong to Google Chrome. If you type into the "Run" dialog the following command, %userprofile%\AppData\local and remove the "Google" folder, without the quotes, you can get a completely clean reinstall of Chrome. Perhaps this could solve your Google Chrome intermittent crashing problem.

Hi Steve,

I only like it more because of Chrome's odd love of crashing on this
computer which I can't explain. It's a very modern i7 system with
windows 10 and jaws 2021, but sometimes chrome will just exit without
warning.

I would have to say google chrome, although it's a bit buggy on some
computers. IE is still the best accessibility-wise but Microsoft has
decided nobody is allowed to use it from next year.

Does anyone know how to insert emogees into email messages using Jaws? I know

Jaws reads them and so if possible I'd love to know how to put them into email

messages as writing the word smile or whatever feels weird. If sighted people

can put them in then there should be a way for blind people to do it too. Using

latest versions of Jaws, Office 365 and Windows 10. Hope someone can help,

I see nothing that even implies this is an Outlook question, and have not understood how Outlook got into the mix.  It seems to be a direct statement that the longstanding File Explorer keyboard shortcut for creating a folder, CTRL + SHIFT + N, has ceased working and asking whether it may have changed.
