Hi, Judy. It may depend upon which browser you are using to access the puzzle, but one important caveat is that in many of these situations, popup blocker must be disabled before some of these fields can show up.

There's a new version of TW Blue which you need to download and install. I believe you also need to uninstall or remove the old version first. There's an explanation for why this is necessary along with the various download links at the following address:

This successfully fixed the problem for me.

Jaws Key + Caps Lock + B requires quite the finger acrobatics and for me is actually an impossible key combination to press.

If you use the desktop keyboard layout it is Shift + Jaws Key + B and it gives you information as to whether you are on AC Power, for me it then says "Battery Level High as well as "Battery 97%" and after that it also tells you the name of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to followed by "Internet Access"

The System Tray is one way to get it but if you want it immediately without hunting Insert+Shift+b as in battery.
