Hello.

That isn't jaws problem to fix.  Alt does not bring up the menu in itunes.  If you want the menu, hold alt and press one of the first letter options like f.  You can then arrow down through the file menu, or arrow over to whatever menu you want.

I have received an update notice that Windows 11 is available for my computer, however, I was informed, that the download could not go ahead because, I do not have the necessary function turned on in the BIOS. As I have said previously, I am going to wait for at least 6 months to a year, before I upgrade. And, when I do upgrade, I will probably perform a new install of Windows 11.

I just tried this with the renewal form and found it extremely accessible using Adobe DC and the Jaws 2022 Beta.
Did you make sure you downloaded the correct form? You should have this one if this is your first passport application:

PPTC 153, Adult General Passport Application

Also, make sure you save it to your computer and then open it, when you click on it on the Canada.ca website it most likely opens in Edge or whichever browser you are using and here you can't fill it out, you have to first save it.
As you fill it out there is a save button after you complete each page which you should click to proceed to the next page, in fact, you may have to click it, I just did because after the final field on a page this is where I landed so I clicked it and after that I ended up on the next page.

Best regards,
Sieghard

Hi Madison

Using your links list (JAWS key + F7) is a really easy way to do this. It will automatically select the nearest link in the document when the list opens. Otherwise, you can simulate a left mouse click when the text cursor is within the link by pressing slash on the number pad, or Caps Lock + 8 on the number row in laptop keyboard mode.

All the best.

Hi, Madison. I seem to be having trouble sending to groups.io from this address this morning, so I had to send this twice. That's because, usually, when you open a Word document, you are in edit mode. This means that, when you press ENTER, SPACE, or other keys, you are inserting something into the document. Try pressing JAWS key plus Z first, to turn on navigation keys, and take you out of edit mode.

First, you might have to set the VLC Media player as your default media player if you need help, just go to the Start button, press enter, type default, press enter, tab until you come to the choices for audio media files and select VLC Media Player.

For the person who was having trouble checking for update of the VLC Media Player, sometimes it takes a while for it to check. If it finds an update it will begin downloading. You can also do a version comparison by checking the www.ninite.com website for the latest version posted there.

How many files did you try?

It’s worth noting that what you’re doing is not actually opening a file on your computer, but a little text file  that points to a url where the data is streaming from.

So, it could be that the stream itself isn’t working at the moment. It happens.
