Are you using the online version or did you download the program and install it locally?
For me, it is set up as iMap so that the messages stay on the server until I delete them and empty the trash; but they are present locally on my machine to save, or whatever?
Probably you should call Microsoft accessibility if you are not sure about your setup: 800-936-5900

Hi, Albert. The Paste Special command is still available to use in JAWS 2021. It is not, though, a JAWS command. Instead, it is a Microsoft command, and the command is as follows,

I think that in older versions of Jaws, their was something called  paste special which allowed you too be able too copy the contents of a link in to a  word document.  In the latest version of jaws, is this keystroke still available, or has what I’m referring too, lo longer used?

I use to have that program, but it was destroyed byHurricane Florence. Is there anyway to regain access in another way?

Paste Special is a function of Word, control alt v. Through this function you can say that all you want pasted is unformatted text. I use this an awful lot.

Hi,

In the latest build of JAWS 2021 if you are focused on a link you can bring up the application/context menu and copy hyperlink to the clipboard and paste the link wherever you want.

Hope this is what you are referring to.

How are you connecting the display to your computer?

I have two Braille displays connected via Bluetooth, using one at a
time, of course. The computer needs to be paired with the Bluetooth
device first, then the display needs to be added to JFW. The "add"
button should be under Braille, after the "Modify" button.

If so, that might indicate Jaws doesn't play well with more than one
Bluetooth
display connected or assume if you are using Bluetooth, you don't' need
another
display.

I've never found Bluetooth on Windows to be reliable enough to use a
braille

tech

there's an add braille display button, and anyway today when we went to add
my
other braille display this button was gone. Any idea what could've happened
to
it and how we might be able to get it back? We tried doing a Jaws repair,
but
that didn't solve the problem. Any help is much appreciated!!!! Using
latest
versions of Jaws and Windows 10. Thanks Madison
