Maybe Vispero support knows exactly how much data the online installation requires but since the full offline installer is almost 1 Gb I assume the online installation probably requires a similar amount.

Nothing much to clarify, just in some cases I can do things with the virtual cursor turned off which I can't do when it's turned on.

One example was with my previous bank's online business tax filing service. I have a retail business and have to submit monthly GST (a federal tax here in Canada) as well as PST (provincial sales tax to the provincial government). The first step is to select the account the money should come from, in this case my business chequing account. This is a combo box, but with the virtual cursor turned on opening the combo box either by pressing enter or Alt + Page Down seems to open it, but I can't select anything and Jaws does not speak my accounts. If I turn the virtual cursor off and tab a few times to get to that combo box I can then arrow down and select my chequing account, after that I turn the virtual cursor back on and all is well.

Please clarify.

When turning virtual cursor off, I was tabbing fine, then got stuck in a loop tabbing in the calendar, I couldn’t go down the page any further than that to where the service choices are.

I helped Loreal solve this problem by deleting the original JAWS
icon/shortcut from the desktop. After doing this for Windows 10, I had her
issue the following command in the "run" dialog,

shell:appsfolder

When the AppsFolder window opens, do a first-letter navigation command with
the letter J until your version of JAWS is highlighted. Press the
Application key or SHIFT plus F10, and arrow down to create shortcut. When
Windows tells you that it can't create a shortcut here, and asks if you want
to create the shortcut on the desktop, answer Yes. Now, when you try to
assign a hotkey to the shortcut, it should allow you to do so.

So, all you do is press enter since focus is on the continue button and you
are done.

I have a question regarding this as well. I know the procedure to set the
hotkey for JAWS, however, it says I need administrator privileges in order
to do this, but my account on my computer is an administrator account. Go
figure. Any suggestions?

Find the JAWS shortcut in the Windows Desktop and open its properties. You
can set the shortcut key there.

Hi all,
Can someone please refresh my memory of how to set the hotkey to turn Jaws
on? I know what it is, but when I press it nothing happens so I know I need
to re-set it.
I'm getting some help and the tech guy decided that we needed to do a Jaws
repair and in doing so I lost my hotkey to start Jaws. Using latest versions
of Jaws and Windows 10. Thanks Madison
