Find the JAWS shortcut, and press ALT+ENTER
You'll be on the page of the dialogue you need.

Hi Madison,
Look for the JAWS icon on your desktop. Press ALT+ENTER, to open properties. Tab until you hear the hot key option for setting your preferred hot key. Press J, if you want CTRL+ALT+J to start JAWS. After you typed J, press enter.

Reinstalling iTunes solved my problem.
Hi,
I uninstalled the Windows Store version of iTunes. I installed the desktop version from apple.com, and not the Windows store version. I can now tab through the interface like normal.

I suppose you could consider Apple Software Update an add-on since that helps update iTunes and other Apple products like iCloud. Add-ons like that are necessary though.

Hi Michael. You certainly can, but the web-site I mentioned allows you to download a lot of programs without any add-ons. IT folks use it a lot, and it is quite handy.

Richard makes a very accurate and disturbing point about employers not
allowing the download and installation of the genuine Microsoft 365 product.
At this moment in time, the software one installs on to a Windows computer
stands out as the most nonvisually-accessible. Thus, an argument could be
made that, for an employee who is blind, refusing to permit the installation
of the genuine Microsoft 365 product is a discriminatory practice.

called Microsoft 365 is a subscription which allows you to download and
install the Office suite on several devices, once you do this you just use

Hi Michael, I see. I'm typically just skeptical of downloading the programs I want from third party sources, as opposed to getting the program from the company that makes it. The reason for this is that the third party site may eventually not keep up with the latest version, or could insert a backdoor that one doesn't know about. You never know what a third party site could do, since it is outside of the control of the company that makes the program you want.

Richard, CTRL+J is what I tried, to bring up the view options. Grid view wasn't an option there. I may try Michael's suggestion of downloading the desktop version from Apple.

Music is selected as the media kind. View options doesn't have anything for me. I think I may just reinstall iTunes from the Apple website, instead of using the Windows Store version.

Hi Michael. You certainly can, but the web-site I mentioned allows you to download a lot of programs without any add-ons. IT folks use it a lot, and it is quite handy.

Yes. I used both. With JAWS, the problem I get is that when I use either tab or f6, I may not get any speech, and the cursor doesn't move, unless I tab or f6 multiple times. It acts as if it's locked up, but when I use NVDA, everything navigates smoothly.

Music is selected as the media kind. View options doesn't have anything for me. I think I may just reinstall iTunes from the Apple website, instead of using the Windows Store version.

What do you exactly mean by "it's awfully messy"? Office 365 which now is called Microsoft 365 is a subscription which allows you to download and install the Office suite on several devices, once you do this you just use the apps as always, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

I have an issue where when I open iTunes and am on the main window, I cannot tab or shift tab through it. I do not get feedback from JAWS 2021. However, when I test with NVDA, I have no issues. How can I make this work with JAWS?
