Are you in the US or Canada, or somewhere else? That will make a difference. I do know Turbotax works both in the US and Canada and is accessible. I use these guys every year without issue.

HI All,
I want to do my taxes myself. What accessible online tools that can guide me on doing my taxes are out there? I have simple tax needs right now so I thought I’d do them myself instead of paying someone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Juan

Hi again, Rosie. Maybe you are thinking of Outlook Express, which has not been updated for over 13 years. That one is definitely out of date, but it is different from Outlook.

Hi, Rosie. Outlook is not out of date. It is still a part of Office 365, and continues to be updated when Office 365 is updated.

If it doesn't, and the message never does show up, it's something Google should be informed of. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not. ~ André Gide

Re: getting rid of deleted message

Hello again, Ms. Kirtley. I don't use Windows Mail. I use Outlook. Have you tried selecting all the messages, then use SHIFT plus DELETE, instead of just using DELETE? Often SHIFT plus DELETE is a permanent delete, and will sometimes work when DELETE alone won't work. Also, try using the context menu (Applications key, or SHIFT plus F10) and arrow down to see if there is a delete option when all messages are selected.

Hello, Ms. Kirtley. Which mail client are you using to get your email? Or are you using a web browser to read your email through gmail on the web? This will make a difference when trying to tell you how to delete the messages.

I have thousands of deleted messages in my trash folder. When I select all and hit delete or shift delete, they don’t go away. Can anyone help?

If the web interface is showing nothing since 4/17, then there's nothing since 4/17, and definitely nothing an e-mail client could pick up for download.

Good afternoon too everyone,
I’d like to thank those of you who took the time out of your busy day, too answer my question regarding the message that I sent to the list about my Delta airlines question. I sincerely hope, that my question didn’t generate what they call now-a-days, To much information. I tried to send my Delta airlines problem, and copy my Delta question exactly as it was sent too me. I hope that my question didn’t cause any controversy, as this not my intent.
