Hi tom,

That’s definitely the right key stroke. the key stroke should work on any property box, so you could try it on just a normal file on your computer to see if the key stroke works, just so you  know you are doing the right thing. All that being said though, looking at the message from bill it sounds like your one drive isn’t showing the file size for some reason, so that may be why the key stroke I suggested isn’t helping.

Hi,

Just following on from this, after pressing Alt and enter to bring up the properties window, as a quicker way of getting the file size, rather than using the jaws key and B to read all, instead, if you press Alt, jaws  key and W, it virtualises the properties window so you can then use the arrow keys to navigate  and can very quickly access the file size information ,  by just pressing the down arrow a couple of times to get to the file size information. When finished press escape to exit virtualisation, and then escape again to exit the properties window as usual. Hope this might help anyone who didn’t already know the key stroke for this, definitely makes getting folder size quicker and easier.

Madison,

If you're talking about managing a calendar or calendars under the Google web interface, that's never been done in the Gmail interface, although you can put a calendar sidebar there.

If you want to manage calendars under Google then, once you have logged into your Google account for any of the services, you can either activate the apps button at the top of any given service's page, find the other app you need (Calendar, in this case) and activate it or you can just paste the calendar app URL into a new tab:
https://calendar.google.com

Then you'll have to deal with all the settings specific to calendar to get the display format you want and to have the calendars you have access to either have appointments be displayed or not displayed.

All settings for a calendar or calendars for a given Google account, including who they're shared with, are handled under the Calendars interface under settings, specifically the section, Settings for my calendars.

There are multiple help pages and tutorials on using Calendar with a screen reader:  https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Google+Calendar+screen+reader

The general principle here applies to any Google app:  Contacts, Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc., all have their own dedicated web interface where sharing for those things is managed, even when that sharing is across multiple Google accounts.  The owner for any given thing controls who else may access it, and they control that through the interface for the thing being accessed in its sharing settings.

Hi, Paul. This works in most situations, but the one Steve, Dave and Tom are discussing here is used space and available space on One Drive. With One Drive, ALT plus ENTER does not give used and free space of the drive, either with JAWS key plus V or with JAWS key plus ALT, and W. Those items are not listed in the properties window of the One Drive drive letter assigned to One Drive.

Hi, Madison. It's possible that if you are using Standard View in Gmail on the web, instead of Basic html view, the My Calendars tab may not show up as a button. You might want to try just looking for the text words My Calendars with the CONTROL plus F command in your browser, or it may appear as one word with the M and C capitalized as follows: MyCalendars.

Since I don't have calendars integrated into my gmail account, I can't check this for you. I hope something about what I have shared might help you.

If you are using the standard view (where j/k move up/down the list of

should bring up the folder list.
I’m not sure how this is done in the HTML view.
