the speech history feature in JAWS can also be used to copy the address. press insert+spacebar and then h, which lists the last 50 items that JAWS has spoken. navigate the virtual window with standard cursor navigation keystrokes, select, copy and paste the information where ever you want.

Virtualize the cursor with insert alt 2.

You can copy everything then.

Use escape to get out of the virtualized window when you are ready too.

Dear Listers:

When you are taking part in a Zoom meeting and somebody sends you a link
to a podcast or a website in the Zoom Chat, is there a way using JAWS
that you can copy that link for use later on?

Have you considered contacting the American Council of the Blind and the National Federation of the Blind to get help pressuring them to fix the issues? Also, filing an ADA complaint?
Since universities usually receive federal funds, they are supposed to make sure all services are accessible.
I'd even consider contacting your Congress representatives and senators. If anyone of them would just contact Blackboard,  that might be enough to get them moving.

"Why, what did she tell you?"

By activating the Settings control, which is on the very same page as your inbox. Then, once that control is activated, the See all settings button.  Once you are in settings, going to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab, then activating the Disable forwarding radio button, then activating the Save Changes button.

The default landing page when you open Gmail is the inbox page.

Just disable forwarding.  There's no need to delete and re-create the account in Outlook.

Assuming you are talking about tabs in web pages, and not the tab of a browser, these tabs are listed in the form fields area. I believe JAWS also has them show up as part of combo boxes.

Once you're in, follow the prompts and fill in the requested edit boxes.  Outlook will take care of the server configuration for the vast majority of email service providers.

Hi All,

Out today, this update fixes the popping sound heard for the, O, sound + more, read below.

What's new:

Enhancements in JAWS 2021.2012.57 (January 19, 2021)
This update addresses a few key issues that were reported shortly after the January 2021 release.
To download the latest release, click on the link above

You must be logged on as an administrator to install this software.
list of 8 items
• A new feature was introduced earlier this month, designed to let a user change the volume of JAWS speaking or the system volume itself using a layered
keystroke: INSERT+SPACE, V followed by J for JAWS or S for System. Since this change, Eloquence users reported hearing Ticks when reading and typing, especially
around the letter O. We also had reports of the volume randomly changing when reading documents or web pages. These issues are now resolved.
•  Resolved an issue where pressing INSERT+ALT+SPACEBAR was not starting the Voice Assistant in JAWS or Fusion.
• The JAWS voice commands to speak faster or slower now adjusts the speech in larger increments.
• Addressed an issue where JAWS was not reading table headings in Excel.
• Added a new JAWS Dictionary entry for "DocuSign."
• When spell checking a document in Word, resolved an issue where JAWS was not reading as expected when navigating by word through the text containing
the error.
• Resolved an issue where attachments were not being reported correctly in the Danish version of Outlook 2019.
• In the Italian version of JAWS, addressed an issue where the keystrokes to access the Braille and Text Viewer layer, as well as the Volume layer, were
not working as expected.
list end

Stay safe and take care.  Mike.

One desktop short cutfor all of your email accounts in Outlook, asBrian noted.
Did you find a fast and simple way to toggle between accounts? Note that each
email account is level zero in a tree. Hitting control Y gets you to the folder
tree list. Just arrow up to your current email account (at the top of the
tree) and hit your left arro until it is at level zero and closed. Then arrow
up or down to find the account you want and hit enter.
Voila - the new in box shows up.

I find this method preferable to going to the menus.

Hi, I don't believe that this can be a Jaws problem. Normally you have to go into the email service and mark them not a spam. This can be done on the iPhone very easy. And I believe in outlook easy as well. I haven't done it on outlook.

Joyce,
I think I saw the move menu when I did Shift + f10, but not sure about the junk menu. Side question: Should I switch my main email to Outlook.com because my main account is a Hotmail account.

Maria,
If you know how to move a message, you should be able to mark the items not as spam. In the same context menu as move, you will find some thing labeled junk (I apologize that I do not know the shortcut keys). Once you highlight junk press enter. I believe four options will appear and what you want is to select never block sender‘s domain. A dialog box will appear and all you will need to do is tap through it until you select OK. At that point all groups that I owe should stay in your inbox instead of going to the junk email folder.
The other issue could be your own Internet service provider. I have an old Hotmail style email address and it will not except most groups that I owe addresses. Even if I do the above procedure, it still will not except new groups.io emails. As a result, I created another email address and most groups that I owe messages I receive go to that email without any issues.

I heard a podcast interview around a year ago either from blind abilities or Jonathan Mosen where they interviewed one of the developers of that statistical program. He went through how to use it etc. and I believe he also provided some contact information. You may want to look at past episodes of blind abilities and you may be able to locate that particular interview.

I am attempting to use SPSS Statistics 27 with JAWS 2018 on a laptop running Windows 10. I have followed the directions IBM has to configure the Java Access bridge, but both JAWS and SPSS crash every few seconds when running together. JAWS does not read any of the menus or anything else really, though IBM's knowledge base seems to suggest that it should. If anyone has experienced these crashes, or has expertise in managing the Java Access Bridge, I'd greatly appreciate your thoughts.
