Re: Office365: Word
Van Lant, Robin
I’m not sure if this will help, but want to offer out a thing to play with. First, press just the alt key to get focus to the ribbon, then hit the application key or Shift F10 to open the context menu. I see two menu options, The first is to customize the ribbon. The second says “Collapse the ribbon”. If “Collapse the Ribbon” is checked, uncheck it. Sighted people will often use this to free up visual real estate on the screen, but what it does for us is requires that after hitting say, Alt H, to get to the home ribbon, you then have to hit down arrow once to open that lower ribbon before you can tab to the options.

Re: dropbox.com webpage
In addition to Mr. Griffith's mentioning of Windows Key+B to throw focus into the notification area (often referred to as the system tray or task tray) section of the taskbar, Microsoft is one of the best companies I know of when it comes to documenting keyboard shortcuts and making finding what you need easy.
Windows Keyboard Shortcuts Page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12445/windows-keyboard-shortcuts Once opened, defaults to Windows 10 but there is a dropdown at the top that lets you change the Windows version should you need to. Activate the Show All link near the top of the page so that every keyboard shortcut is on display and then search using whatever keyword is appropriate to what you're looking for. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 2004, Build 19041 The purpose of education is not to validate ignorance but to overcome it.

The controls you want to access are buttons. Navigate buttons in a couple ways:
JAWS for Windows Navigation Quick Keys B and SHIFT-B Display a list of buttons CTRL-JAWS KEY-B, select a button, and press ENTER
Here are the steps you need:
1. Open the Facebook Home Page www.facebook.com 2. Locate the “What’s on your mind” button and press SPACEBAR to activate it
The new post page opens.
1. Navigate to the “More” button and press SPACEBAR to activate it 2. This opens a small dialog with more buttons 3. Navigate to the “Live Video” button and activate it with SPACEBAR
That opens the Live producer. This is where you can create a live video.

Mind you, if you do not have Dropbox installed on your computer, and you decide to install it, the installation process is not very accessible, at least, I have never found it so, and in my opinion, it has got worse over time. Paul, The clipboard history command should allow you to navigate across items you've previously pasted into the clipboard. Navigating with right arrow, in most cases, should move from one item to the next and pressing enter should paste the item to which you're pointing. Sometimes, these items may be spoken in an odd way. However, since you're a JAWS user I'd recommend using the FS Clipboard to append items that you copy into the clipboard. The default hotkey to do this is insert-Windows-C but this can be changed in keyboard manager to something which may be a bit easier to press. Pressing this key appends what you've selected to what's already in the clipboard and then ctrl-V pastes the entire group of items.

Hi, the jw.org website is very accessible with Jaws, and the free downloadable app is available for Android and iOS and again is very accessible with both TalkBack and VoiceOver. It doesn’t have any Catholic versions of the Bible, but there are several versions available. There is also a study Bible dating from 2013 which has a vast amount of footnotes, references, and the like. The main feature is its easy to understand modern language, and there is a vast amount of languages that it’s available in. Hope this helps, Jon

Hi again, Richard and John. Please disregard my last message in which I said to TAB to the single click and press ENTER. This no longer seems to be available in notifications. The only workaround for this I see is to make sure you have notifications set to stay around for 30 seconds or so, and to click the notification with SHIFT plus Winkey plus V, then ENTER on the notification.
