Re: Copying from clipgboard history

Paul, The clipboard history command should allow you to navigate across
items you've previously pasted into the clipboard. Navigating with
right arrow, in most cases, should move from one item to the next
and pressing enter should paste the item to which you're pointing.
Sometimes, these items may be spoken in an odd way. However, since you're a JAWS user I'd recommend using the FS Clipboard to append items that you copy into the clipboard. The default hotkey to do this is insert-Windows-C but this can be changed in keyboard manager to something which may be a bit easier to press. Pressing this key appends what you've selected to what's already in the clipboard and then ctrl-V pastes the entire group of items.

Copying from clipgboard history
Paul Filpus
Hello Listers, I subscribe to the JFW Email list in Digest form. That way I only get one email message each day. As I read through the messages and replies, I like to copy topics that interest me to a text file for later reference. So far, I’ve been able to copy and paste to a text file only one message or reply at a time. To save time, I’ve tried copying all the messages and replies on a given topic to the Clipboard first, then issue the paste command, but only the last one copied to the Clipboard appears in my text file. When I copy several messages to the Clipboard, they all show up in a file called Clipboard History. I can open that file with keystroke windows + V. Do any of you know how to paste that file to a text document? And if that’s possible, can it be done so the messages don’t paste in reverse order?
Thanks, Paul

The version of Teams that I'm using is version

Revision 150 The version of Jaws that I'm using is version 2020 August update and I have the virtual PC cursor turned off when using Teams. i hope y'all can help me figure out what the problem is. Kevin, As a Catholic I'm very familiar with the versions of the Bible to which you are referring. It contains seven additional books in the Old Testament which were eventually removed in most Protestant Bibles, along with some additional portions of Daniel and Esther. The New Testament is identical. I haven't looked for downloadable software containing Catholic Bibles or study material although I know that it exists but am not sure how accessible they are. The Bible Gateway does contain several Catholic editions, including the New American Bible, Revised Edition and the Revised Standard Version, Catholic Edition. Go to this page to set your preferences as to what edition you want as your default. Looking for a Catholic Bible that I can use with JAWS
Kevin Minor
Hi.
The subject describes what I want. For those who don’t know, the Bible that the Catholic Church uses has more books in it, and parts of other books have additional material, so the Bibles that I’ve found don’t have all that I want. It would also be nice if it were a study Bible, including narratives of the texts, but not necessary.
Thanks in advance Kevin

While I personally have no experience with them there are Web sites which allow you to track flights. If you Google "flight tracking" or a similar phrase you'll find some results.

I would let Freedom Scientific know what you're experiencing with the flight info tool. It is likely something that only they can fix.

Tom, I am still using it and for the most part, without any serious issues.
Some weird little things crop up, like getting the error message that WLM has
encountered a problem. But when I press okay, nothing happens and I can go right
ahead with whatever I was doing. And believe me there are definitely issues with
TB which are as bad or worse and some really annoying shortcomings in TB. The
overall experience I have with WLM is still the best and I am running the newest
release of Jaws 2020 and the latest build available to me of Win 10 2004.
This message is being done in WLM.

How Do I Start a Video Chat Using the New Facebook and while working on my Desktop?
Rick Miller
Dear Good Samaritan Listers:
I have a desktop—a Dell Computer. I see that Facebook has changed. Using the new Facebook, when I log into Facebook or Messenger, how do I find the spot where it says to either call or chat with someone? JAWS finds this every once in a while, but not always. Question asked, answer demanded.

Once you're in the Home Tab and looking at any mailbox that belongs to the account you want to change, navigate to the Accounts Tab and activate Properties (ALT+S,P). Port settings are in the Advanced Tab of Properties.
And don't be shocked if tweaking these still doesn't fix whatever's happening. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 2004, Build 19041 The purpose of education is not to validate ignorance but to overcome it.
