Don,
Not knowing how you're reading your e-mail messages, it's hard to be any more specific than this: Virtually all webmail and e-mail clients have a "mark not spam" button/function for things that land in spam in appropriately. Once you use that function a couple of times, that tends to fix it. I don't know exactly what you mean by "my server migrated me emails to Google Mail," in this context. But you can definitely also set up a Gmail filter that says if something comes from the groups.io domain it should not be marked as spam. Wells Fargo’s web site works well with JAWS. It works a bit better with JAWS 17, but is okay with the latest FAWS 2020.

If you are trying to access a Zoom meeting via an e-mail invitation, you want to select/hit enter on a link that would read as "Join A Zoom Meeting" or you see a web address that begins with "https". Both instances, JAWS would say "link". You can also copy the 9 to 10 digits number and paste it into the Zoom application by opening Zoom, click Join a Meeting, and in the edit field paste that room ID. Milton

I have used Bank of America quite successfully with Jaws and also with their app on an iPhone with VoiceOver. It is one of the more screen reader friendly banks. Capital One is as well. I’ve not used Wells Fargo or chase.

I would like some suggestions for Banking sites that work well wit Jaws for on line bill paying. I have used Citi bank for years, they have changed their on line bill pay Web pages and it is difficult. Took me 30 minutes this morning to pay one bill and when I clicked on make another payment it took me off to a page that had nothing to do with bill pay. problems. However, my server migrated my emails to Google Mail. With
help from a sighted friend and a tech guy at my server, we did the deed. I
note that since then my JFW list emails come to a spam folder. Is there a
way of altering this?

in today's Jaws 2020 update, there was a line in the enhancement list that caught my attention.
There are scripts from Corel Corp to improve Jaws with WordPerfect.
I suspect you are about 20 years late, but I wondered if anyone is actually using WordPerfect with Jaws and if the reveal codes are accessible, and what the overall performance is like?
I used WordPerfect for NOS, and then WordPerfect 6, 8, and 10 with Windows and Window-Eyes andx was great. Then, Corel turned its back on screen reader users, and I had to switch to Word, which since 2003, has been excellent.
But, I'm very curious if it really works with Jaws and if these new scripts help.

Has anyone encountered the situation where the menu bar opens with JAWS annunciating menu has pop up; but when you hit enter or spacebar nothing happens. It is driving me nuts. I am trying to sort a list of items but it will not let me get to the sort button in the Home menu.

There are a number of ways to do it.
These days (with windows 10) I find it better to makea playlist using the enqueue in winamp option in the file explorer context menu. You can do this for files or folders, and when you go to the winamp window, hit alt-e and then ctrl-tab to move to the playlist editor subwindow, and you will find that you h ave a playlist in place, which you can then save. You can still do it from within the programme, by hitting shift-l to add folders, l to add files.
There’s another way too: create the playlist file in notepad yourself. I know a few people on here or some other lists have stated they like doing this and I get it – for small playlists anyway – still seems like a lot of extra work though J
