I have already renewed for 3 years by calling Vispero directly and going to sales in their menu. You can purchase it for one year, 3 years or 5 years for increments of $90 US. You don't get a bargain for buying more than one year but you are guaranteeing this price in case it goes up. Ron & Danvers

This sounds like an issue between your Internet Service provider and Groups.io.- It's almost certain to be an issue with the ISP repeatedly blacklisting groups.io. That's one reason another member mentioned going with a separate email address from Gmail or similar for use with groups.io, as they don't block groups.io. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 2004, Build 19041 The purpose of education is not to validate ignorance but to overcome it.

It should also be noted, if living in Canada, the Ph # is different. Wonder if the contact email is the same though?

I just spoke to someone in the Sales department at Vispero. They said that the email address I posted in my response this morning, was correct. In addition, sales questions, can be sent to: orders@... By the way, I got the email address from the JAWS Help system, under the topic "Contact and Sales Information". HTH Dave

Re: discount for federal employees?

Basically it is called bulk buying. A friend of mine got the office version that would have cost him hundreds of dollars, for nothing as his relative did not need the copy she was given. Connections. LOL. People have got brand new or next to brand new computers for nothing because they are in the right place at the right time.

Joseph, This is not about a sale. agencies that pay for large numbers of licenses are able to provide a lower cost copy for their staff to use at home. I do not know the details, I just know it's possible. Microsoft offers a similar deal that get people a much lower cost copy of Office for their home use if their agency buys a large number of licenses.

They did have a sale, but it only went to 30 July. It was a 20% off sale.
