My guess is that you've accidentally flipped the sort on the Received column.  You can sort your messages based on any one of the column headers (e.g., Subject, From, etc.)   The default is using conversation view, by date, with the main sort on the received column with the newest messages sorted to the top of the list, getting older as you go further down your inbox.

The easiest thing to do is use the View ribbon:  ALT+V,  RS   (Throw focus to the View Ribbon then activate the Reverse Sort control).  After that, based on what you've offered, they should be sorted in the order you wish to have them in.

If you are using Microsoft 365, press your alt key, tab to view, press space bar, arrow down to arrange by and you will see your options there.

It helps if you had said what e-mail client you are using with gmail or whether you are accessing gmail via the web.

Hi good day all. I have question about Gmail.

My question is when I open my email it is backwards. I mean that it does not show me my new messages  my new message is all the way to the bottom. So how do I change that. Thank you for any advice.

Firstly, scrips are not required for WebEx. You need to understand the screen layout which is a big Barrier for some uses.

On the left-hand side of the screen is all the controls which open up chat, polls, attendees etc. This content is contained on the left side on the screen and you access it by using f6 . CTRL Tab switches between the attendees, chats, etc. F6 takes you back to the main controls. Tab goes between all the different options. You have to press the chat button to make the available chats visible on the right-hand side.  on the Cisco website there is a bunch of shortcut keys available for WebEx. I did not know what they all are.

Reinstall the program, or uninstall it.  Deleting the folder would just give you a different error.

Hi maybe disable Jaws and try using narrator and see if that works.

Or set jaws to not start up like you have it now.

Then reload your computer and bring up narrator and try it that way.

moderated jaws 2019 with 3 brailledisplays

William Windels

Hello,

I don’t understand where the key-assignments for different brailledisplays are stored.

Situation:

My old computer had key-assignements in jaws 2019 for a focus2, 80 cells, a focus5 80 cells display and a handytech braille star 80.

When starting with my new computer, I exported all my settings from jaws2019 into a .sbak-file from my old computer and I imported it with success in my new computer.

On the new computer, it seems that not all the types of displays had the same key-assignements like on the old computer.

I tought there is only one default.jkm file for all displays , it should be stored there and for shore, it should be in the .sbak-file?

But this works probably on another way?

What is needed to have all my key-assignements back like on my old computer?

All hints are very welcome.

Kind regards,

William Windels
