TThe way I would do it, for just deleting them, and not for turning off that feature, which I would also recommend, is to arrow to what you want to delete, and hold the control key and tap the space bar till it says selected. Then copy, and then do control + H and tab through the fields, and in the find field, do the paste command, and tab to the replace with field and press the delete key and then do alt + A for all. HTH.

Before I went to rebooting in safe mode, I'd just
reboot and log in as the user for which the folder belongs to.

Hi.
I’m not the original person asking this question, but I tried this setting with a Bluetooth speaker, and there was no change.

If you’re using the Latest JAWS2020, you should be able to resolve this in the settings center (default) Under the User settings there is an option to Avoid Speech cutoff. It’s the ninth arrow down from the top.

Hey guys: I am test driving some airpods with bluetooth with dell computer, win10, and jaws 2020; I notice that jaws cuts out, and when I hit insert-t or any jaws command, The first part of what needs to be said is cut off; Almost like there is some sort of delay that jaws goes through before speaking through the headset; Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Please advise as you like.

Hi Shirley,
Try the following to see if this'll
help:
1. Open the Settings Center with, Insert + 6,
on the number row, now press, control, shift + D, to open default all
applications.
2. Down arrow to, Text processing closed right
arrow to open.
3. Down arrow to, Proofing closed, right arrow to
open.
4. Down arrow 1 time to, Detect spelling while
navigating..., now press the
spacebar until Jaws reports, Off. 5. Tab to,apply, press the spacebar, tab to, Okay,
press enter to save / close.
Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.

It isn't jaws doing that, word is doing that. Open word, hit alt+f, arrow up to options and hit enter. Arrow down to proofing and hit tab. All the options are there. You can decide what is auto-corrected, or turn it off altogether under auto correct options.

Adrian Spratt
Try pressing JAWS key+escape after you enter the password the first time. doing so refreshes the JAWS view of the screen, and so JAWS is likely to detect that a password has been entered.

Hello, I’m using windows10 and most recent version of Jaws2020. When I go to my bank’s web site, I enter my user id and password. The screen comes back and I have to enter a second time. The first time I entered it and tab to logon. The next time I enter it I tab twice and it now says signon. There is no error message saying I entered the wrong user id or password. I made sure I typed in the correct user id and password. I had a friend do it with site and the same problem occurs. I should say the second time I enter it I get on to the site. I have cleaned out all browser data in chrome and then temp files/cookies. The bank say it is not their problem contact support for your laptop. If I want the place I purchased the laptop from, they want 7-10 days to look at it. That is not acceptable. Is it even a problem with my laptop? I can log on to any other site with no problem. The bank says I’m the only one that has this problem. Any thoughts of what I could do? Thanks, Kevin
