If SHIFT+DEL won't do it, then try one of the tutorials returned by:

See:  https://duckduckgo.com/?q=force+delete+windows

The most comprehensive one (which can be more confusing at times) is:  https://windowsedition.com/force-delete-files-folders-windows-10/

I use either Command Prompt or PowerShell, running with elevated admin permission, and the DEL command with the switches noted in most cases if SHIFT+DEL won't work.  If push comes to shove, then it's Safe Mode.

If you’re using the Latest JAWS2020, you should be able to resolve this in the settings center (default)

Under the User settings there is an option to Avoid Speech  cutoff. It’s the ninth arrow down from the top.

Hey guys:

I am test driving some airpods with bluetooth with dell computer, win10, and jaws 2020;

I notice that jaws cuts out, and when I hit insert-t or any jaws command,

The first part of what needs to be said is cut off;

Almost like there is some sort of delay that jaws goes through before speaking through the headset;

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Please advise as you like.

Hi Shirley,

Try the following to see if this'll help:
1. Open the Settings Center with, Insert + 6, on the number row, now press, control, shift + D, to open default all applications.

2. Down arrow to, Text processing closed right arrow to open.

3. Down arrow to, Proofing closed, right arrow to open.

4. Down arrow 1 time to, Detect spelling while navigating..., now press the
spacebar until Jaws reports, Off.

5. Tab to,apply, press the spacebar, tab to, Okay, press enter to save / close.

Take care.  Mike.  Sent from my iBarstool.

Try pressing JAWS key+escape after you enter the password the first time. doing so refreshes the JAWS view of the screen, and so JAWS is likely to detect that a password has been entered.

for the first question, if you are referring to the 20 character authorization code, and if you still have the authorization CD, on the CD is a .FSAC file. the name of that file is the authorization code.

In relation to getting your licence key I think you need to contact your original Jaws distributor and ask them to email it to you again. I know of no other way of extracting this information  but others Amy be able to help.
