facility and hopefully there won't be a long wait. My KNFB Reader had gotten to the point the Nokia was unstable and resetting it self frequently. I somehow managed to leave it in the waiting area of the Pulminary Clinic a couple of weeks ago. I missed it before we left the hospital but couldn't find it. No one tried to use it so I didn't lose the money I had on my Go Phone account. I've heard you can cut down the SIM card from a prepaid cell service and use it in the Iphone on a prepaid account. Hope that is true. We probably should keep in touch about training at the different centers. Tony

Tab down once to the start searching button and press space bar. You will hear thesaurus English . Tab down once, you should hear thesaurus English outline expanded. Arrow down through the list of words. When you find one you want press shift+F10 and select insert and press enter. Press escape and you will return to your document with the new word pasted in as a replacement. Dondi

There seems to be many delays in the program that cause it to lock up, like sloppy coding for example. Whenever I reply to a message or start a new one, or just read emails, Outlook just locks up and I get a long delay followed by JAWS locking up. Sometimes if I wait long enough and alt tab away I can gain control again, but most of the time the crash message comes up for outlook. I really like Outlook because of my several profiles to choose from, but it really bugs me that this issue happens all the time. I haven't reinstalled Office yet, but I am not sure that will help. I think JAWS is doing something to lock up outlook. Anyone having these kinds of issues with Outlook 2010? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Microsoft Outlook 2010 crashing issue

Subject: Re: [Bulk] RE: [Bulk] Just installed JAWS 13 Wow. That's way different than mine. But good that you do have an ultimate solution. bTW if you ever begin to think that being stuck with a non-authorized message or a 40-minute mode on a Friday night is a real party-crasher, consider purchasing a dongle. Using it removes the need for the ILM authorization as long as the dongle is connected to a USB port. I have one, and it's on my keychain. Since I travel for my company, the very last thing I need is to have my laptop go bad and end up with a crippled version of JAWS when I can't get help. Dongle saves the day until I can get back to the office. Because I received my computer from the Veterans Administration it was handled a little differently. It went from Dell computers to a company called Evas in Rhode island where JAWS 12 and other software was installed. The story I heard was they upgraded from version 8 to 12 at Evas. And I have no SMA with Freedom because I got my computer from the VA. So the short of it sometime in the new year the VA is going to buy me JAWS 13. Thanks for the help. JAWS 13 says "Your current authorization is for an earlier version of this Freedom Scientific product". If I continue and do the whole internet registration activation it says the activation was successful and JAWS needs to restart but when I restart JAWS it just continues saying the same thing. I thought when you installed the new version of JAWS that it would just use the registration code of JAWS 12? Anybody have any ideas?
