Yes, unfortunately, I have never found a PDF with labeled graphics like on
some web pages.
And as far as manuals go, even if there are HTML manuals, they still don't
seem interested in labeling the graphics.

I often experience this graphic issue with technology manuals, like HAM
radios and the like.
They show pictures of the buttons, so stating that this graphic image does
such and such means nothing to us.
To make things worse, manufacturers don't want to use English, so they label
their controls with hieroglyphics and that way nobody knows what the label
on the device means.

email again because she have a idea and will send me the email for copilot
instruction manual so she did it.
Okay, Addison. I’ve done OCR and pasted the contents into a word document
which I have attached. However, there are a lot of unlabeled graphics and
there won’t be much jaws can do about that. The people who created the
manual needed to add labels to the graphics so a screen reader can tell what
they are.

So I able to read the copilot instruction that Sherry paste in document .

I don't think Sherry knows that a DBF file stands for Data Base Format
which holds tectual information. it isn't graphical nore is it a
document, so JAWS's OCR won't work to read it.

Have you tried using convenient OCR? Steps below.

1. Open the document and wait for it to process.

2. Press insert spacebar. Afterward press O for COR.

3. Press D for document. Jaws will say, document OCR started. Wait for it to
finish and it will automatically start reading.

I don't think Sherry knows that a DBF file stands for Data Base Format
which holds tectual information. it isn't graphical nore is it a
document, so JAWS's OCR won't work to read it.

I am using jaws 2019 on windows 1903. I have Microsoft 2016. I am having a problem with Outlook receiving my Gmail. It had been working before I traveled. Even though I took my hotspot with me for Wi-Fi connection I was on able to originally get my email through outlook on my laptop. Eventually I was able to make it work through Gmail by responding to a critical alert and letting them know it was me. Now that I am back I cannot get my email to come through on Outlook. I continually receive a prompt to enter my password for my Gmail account. It is properly entered. I hit OK and I get the same message over and over again. I did go into Gmail and set up second verification using a text message. I’m not sure if that is interfering with things now or not. I had the problem before I set up the second verification process. I would love to hear any thoughts on what to do. Thanks.

It is "PDF" as in papa delta foxtrot.
You really need to be careful and precise with such things because your initial message said "DBF" as in Delta Bravo Foxtrot and that stands for "database file" and it's like having a discussion about cars and somebody joins in and talks about airplanes.
This is why so many messages gave you the advice to use a database program to open the file and all that.

Previously, both chrome and IE were displaying facebook messenger
pages absolutely fine with jaws. However recently, when I log in, I
don't see what would be considered the top half of the screen (the
search box, the settings menu etc), and jaws doesn't read out the

Adobe is a good thing to keep.
Once you get one of the offices installed,, hopefully that file type will no
longer be associated with Adobe, but if it is, you may have to go into "open
with..." and select the calc program with the office program you have
installed.
Maybe the office program you install will do this during the install.

No - JAWS OCR will not be able to read a .DBF because it is a database
file - You would need to use a DBF viewer but that may not be accessible.

FYI - a DBF holds more than textual information - Data is stored within the
file in an array with multiple records and fields.

a dbf file is a database file. I don't think it will work with JAWS's OCR
feature.

Hello All I'm using jaws2019 with window10 desktop computer, this is dbf
file when I press enter on the attachment then I press insert + spacebar
then letter o for OCR then I press letter d for document then I waited
jaws not reading anything yet !! What am I doing wrong in here?
