Dear Friends,
I have Adobe Reader X on my machine with JFW 12. Earlier I could read PDF well but now I don't know where I have messed up but it does not read pDF. What could I have done? What do I need to reverse? Re: [Bulk] Sorry, it should have been "installing Old versions of JAWS"
Dave...
Dead Cat,
I ran into major problem when I tried to install JAWS 9 after installing JAWS 10. It had to do with that being the breakpoint of changing the video driver chaining over to the display chaining. As Adrian suggested, AS hard as it seems, you should first remove higher version, then install 9 and work your way back up. So you really, really, really want that JAWS 9 on your machine? Why? Re: Sorry, it should have been "installing Old versions of JAWS"
Adrian Spratt
This question has come up before, and the answer isn't simple. If I remember
toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
correctly, the recommendation is that you uninstall your existing versions, install the prior one, then reinstall the new versions. Presumably when uninstalling, you'd need to agree to delete shared files. In that case, among other things, you'd lose your settings. So yes, it has great potential to be a hassle.
