Re: wordperfect with jaws 13, windos 7 and 64 nbit

WordPerfect13 is the last one officially supported by jaws. If you wish to use X4 and X5 you have to use it without scripts. I don't understand suchbehaviour of FS despite of the fact that they support MS products excellently. In those days, if you stil remember, Novel's WordPerfect almost was the only one which offered really professional capabilities.
John Fioravanti said the following on 1.2.2012. 21:17: Hi Is anyone using word perfect successfully with jaws 13, windows 7 ultimate and 64 bit? If so, which version are you using? Thank you very much.-------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... seven. The first thing you should know is that all of the shortcut keys that you are used to using will still work. The second thing is that you should go into your jaws startup wizard and check the box to enable virtual ribbons. This will let you navigate a lot closer to the way you are used to doing. The only other thing is to let you know that you have to tab through the ribbon sometimes and arrow the rest of the time. The good news is that you can get used to them with just a little practice. They are going to be around for along time and become used with a lot more programs in the future, so you will have to learn to adjust. Hope this helps you. Mike
