Hello,
I received a file in Googledrives earlier today. Although I access the internet using Google, I have not worked with Google drives in terms of opening and reading files. I would appreciate some direction in terms of keystroke commands and any additional information that would be helpful/valuable to know regarding navigation. .

Hi all - yep Sieghard, I obviously did miss this (along with a few others by the looks) so sorry about asking the question again - need to learn how to search the site better I think!!!! The unticking the preference in AcrobatDC Security aDvanced Settings did the trick. Its a home computer so no problems with admin right etc.
Apologies for the long delay to say thanks to all - in Western Australia, I am in bed asleep when you are all getting up and answering questions in the US and Europe. Thanks again Cheers Mark

Hi,
Jaws sometimes suddenly starts saying insert f1 help and stops telling me what’s on the screen. Any idea why this could be happening and what I can do? Am using jaws 2018, win 10.

Hi Net bat,
Okay I think I got it figured
out. Press the, Control, Insert + Numpad minus key, so Jaws reports, the
Jaws cursor will not follow the Pc cursor, now hold the, Control & Insert
keys down together and tap the Numpad minus key twice quickly. You should
now hear the Jaws cursor will not follow the PC cursor. JAWS will remember this setting until you decide to re save
it Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Go dodgers! No one has more to say than the woman who says she doesn't want to talk about it.

In Jaws 2019 and maybe later versions, you press the insert + control + the minus key on the numpad. To make it stay put while holding down the insert and control press the minus key twice rapidly after you get it set where you want it. Larry

They usually keep updating the previous version for at least another year after the next one comes out. They had to keep updating 2018 because they promised this version would work with Firefox Quantum -- it didn't, at least not initially. Now I guess the Amazon issue was deemed to be a bit enough deal.
