I wish I had the answer. I experience the same behavior with the 2016 suite of office apps, except I see the freezing when using an emulator app called attachmate. It's incredibly frustrating to say the least. I have reported it to FS, but felt as if I was not taken very seriously. Kim

JAWS and videos
Jim Portillo
Hi there,
I seem to remember someone asking about some ways of navigating YouTube with JAWS, and Cathy Anne provided some wonderful commands that work super well. However, I’m needing to know how to work videos that are either in Vimeo or perhaps that use Flash Player. I’ve done everything I can think of in JAWS when watching them, but I can’t seem to get anything working in the way of fast forwarding, rewinding, pausing, etc. Are there any good commands or tutorials? I seem to have many videos or sites that now use Vimeo or Flash player in addition to the YouTube videos. Any help would be appreciated. Sent from my iPhone 7!

Once you go to the Screenshots folder in Pictures the screenshots you have are just image files in PNG format and you can press F2 just like with any file and name it whatever you want.

Re: how do you get screen shot of a web page?
Sieghard,
I just tried it on one of my machines that recently went to 1809, and got a message that "gaming features must be enabled" when I hit WinKey+ALT+PrtSc, and was presented a checkbox to enable them. Once I did, the screen capture completed. That's the first time I recall having that come up. In looking at Settings afterward, it appears this is part of Settings, Gaming, Captures Pane. There's an entry there that starts, "Save screenshots and game clips in:" followed by the folder name, which happens to be Videos\Captures. -- Brian - Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit, Version 1809, Build 17763 Explanations exist; they have existed for all time; there is always a well-known solution to every human problem — neat, plausible, and wrong. ~ H.L. Re: how do you get screen shot of a web page?
Sieghard,
It's not the first time that either one of my machines, or someone else's, exhibits behaviors inconsistent with what I generally see. But all I can say is the command works on three different HP laptops, a Toshiba laptop all running Win10 Home 64-bit, and an ancient Gateway desktop running Win10 Pro 32-bit. -- Brian - Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit, Version 1809, Build 17763 Explanations exist; they have existed for all time; there is always a well-known solution to every human problem — neat, plausible, and wrong. ~ H.L. Re: how do you get screen shot of a web page?
Hi Brian,
I think we discussed this before, but I have never been able to reproduce your Win Key+Alt+Printscreen command with a screenshot going into Videos > Captures I just tried it again and that command doesn’t seem to do anything for me and it certainly puts nothing into my videos > captures folder.

I need to save this after I put it out here today:
You can then open any program of your choosing where an image is paste-able and paste away. Save if necessary, and it probably will be.
