What are the keystrokes to tell me how many contacts I have in my Outlook address book? Is there a limit to how many you can have? I know there is a limit to how many you can have in a distribution list or in an outgoing email.

Type: Disk and you will hear the disk clean up app. Press enter, and the app will begin searching your disk for cleaning. Check the boxes you want to clean. Now, tab once and press enter to clean up system files. It will take a few minutes, and you will get quite a bit you can clean up. Do not check downloads, or you will delete everything in your downloads folder. Check what you want, and press enter. If there is an old Windows 10 on your computer , That you haven’t gotten rid of yet, It will ask you if you want to delete that, if so, press enter on yes. You will get a confirm message, so press enter on yes again. I like doing this a lot better than going to settings, and going to storage. You can perform these steps to assign a default application to any file type in Windows.
You can close File Explorer. Windows will use the selected application for all documents of the file type you just configured.

When focused on the video, you’ll usually hear the video name and a tone to let you know you’re in a form field, press M. this serves two purposes.
M mutes and unmutes audio With JAWS for Windows, it also pauses the video.
There are some additional YouTube commands, you may like. Once again, you must be focused on the video for these commands to work. They do work in JAWS Browse mode:
Pause/Play SPACEBAR Full Screen Mode F Exit Full Screen Mode ESCAPE Go to the beginning of a video HOME Go to the end of a video END Restart the video NUMBER ROW 0 Move to a percentage of the video (10% through 90%) NUMBER ROW 1 through NUMBER ROW 9 Move to the next video in a playlist SHIFT-N Move to the previous video in a playlist SHIFT-P Fast forward five seconds RIGHT ARROW Rewind five seconds LEFT ARROW Fast forward 10 seconds l Rewind 10 seconds J

When I open a link in YouTube to play a file, I get no sound. I understand the clip is playing as the time indicator progresses as it should.
I cannot find a mute/unmute button reliably, but when I do, and toggle it, nothing changes. Volume in the YouTube player indicates it is at 100%. Changing this to different values has had no effect.
I’m totally stumped at this point on how to try to fix this.
Running latest Jaws 2019 on Windows 10. This has persisted over many days now, and persists despite numerous shutdowns and restarts.

I had this issue last week with one of my users, and we were able to

correct it. I should point out that we were using the desktop version of Outlook. I would make sure you are using this version when trying to read email. You need to make some adjustments to Outlook, because that may be your issue. I would suggest turning off the reading payne, and also the people option. You can find both of these under your view options. Also, I would turn off attachment preview in your trust center settings.

Open a PDF in Acrobat Reader and it should ask if you want to use this application next time, check the "Always use this application". If that doesn't work, go into the properties of a PDF with Alt+Enter, click on the "Change" button next to the file type and select Acrobat Reader from the list of available programs.

I use Fusion and have not heard of this issue or seen it in my use. Have you tried a fusion repair and a Microsoft office repair? Usually that fixes issues for me.

We have had issues with it ever since we switched to Office 365 not reading emails (intermittently) and then if it does read them changing the order it was set to (sender, subject, date/time) to something else (subject, date/time, etc) making it hard to sort through emails efficiently. Hi, I'm keen to know if any users are involved in working with SuccessFactors, a cloud based HR solution which is part of the SAP suite.
Recently, there has been a push to move all clients to the new Home Page which is based on their Fiori look and feel. This has resulted in a reduction in accessibility via JAWS (Using JAWS 19). Entering the screen will always trigger JAWS to move in to Application mode. Whilst their is stil some accessiblity through a menu and a search box, access to the details on the creen which is layed out as a series of tiles appears not to be possible unless you use mouse echo mode.
Has anyone else using SF noticed this and if so, can I make contact to look at raising a request with SAP with some support to improve accessibility here. Alternitively, what tricks are people using to get round this?

Keith, Which browser are you using? I have had trouble playing
audio from other websites while using Google Crome. The same thing happens
where the time is advansing, but no matter the status of the mute button, there
is no sound. I switch to Firefox and audio plays as it should.
