I’m curious, if people use Flexible Web, where they use it.  I used it a bit when the feature was first available, but lost interest because of what I perceived to be the effort involved and the little gain.  Mostly, I was using it on newspaper sites, and with Firefox and Edge containing Reading Views, and thanks to the Mercury Reader add-on for Chrome, so does it, those browser-based features seem to obviate the need for Flexible Web.  But am I misanalyzing this?

I always have installed from the offline installer, and this time is no
different. I even redownloaded it twice but it always stops at 31% with
an "installation failed" message. and yes, the installer matches the
operating system I have(64 bit JAWS for a 64 bit Windows OS).

My experience has been that if the update doesn't install, I can
download the full version from the web site and that install will work.
I sometimes get a message telling me to run a JAWS repair when the
update doesn't work. I have done that, but it doesn't help. So I just
go download the whole stinkin' thing.

Hi!

I too have found a few bugs with Word, Excel, and Outlook 2016 with JAWS 2019.  However, I think it is *really* important for us all to first see if there is a solution to the problem to be found on this list, and failing that then to send the issue into JAWS for a spot on the bug fix cue.  I have sent-in about three myself.  We all want JAWS to be functional and stable.  If we do not take the time to help fix things, they won’t be.
