I've been back on to Bullguard, and they've told me its deffinitely in the system disc and program files listed under their name, and there is an unstallation program instruction there as well!

Since then, i've been back to them to ask them if they'll uninstall it for me as i couldn't find it in control pannel. They're refusing to do this, and have told me to go into the system disc, and i'll find their uninstall program there.

I haven't a clue how to do this as i've only had hp for 2 weeks.

Can someone help please?

But word of caution , I'm not 100% sure this is what they mean by system disk, although I can't think anything else they would mean, but if your new to windows the local drive holds all your system files so be very careful in here not to delete anything, definitely do not delete the program folder from here as this will not remove it from your PC but may cause you system problems if you do, basically as a general rule never delete anything from this drive as they are all system files. I'd definitely try my first two options first.

If you already know the drive letter for your CD drive or other removeable drive, you can also do the following:

1. Make sure you are on the desktop, it doesn't matter which icon.
2. Press Control+Spacebar to unselect the icon you are on 3. Press
application key or Shift+F10 4. Arrow down to "New" or press "w"
5. Arrow down to "Shortcut" and press enter 6. In the "Type a
location" enter your drive letter followed by a colon, e.g. d: or e:,
tab to Next and press space 7. In the "Enter a name for the shortcut" type what you want to call it, e.g. DVD Drive" or "USB Drive", tab to Finish and press space.

Can someone tell me the steps to create a shortcut on my desktop to access my removable disk? I think I press windows key, type in this PC, hit enter and I find "devices and drives, row header expanded" -- but I just can't find the CD, e or f drive, and I really would like to make it all a shortcut.
