If you run into problems, use your preferred Web search engine for assistance.
I may be able to help, too, depending on the issue.

Hi,
Can you install Linux on a mac, with bootcamp?
I have Windows on my mac this way, so can I make one for linux, so my
windows install and linux are separate?

What version of linux should I use?

Thanks,
Jessica

Sieghard Weitzel <sieghard@...>

I would contact the distributor you purchased Jaws from to begin with or simply download Jaws 2018 although going from 17 to 2018 will use up both of your SMA's.

I just gave it a try and it's still there for me. Using win ten, NVDA. The only thing I don't know, is if my version of dropbox is current. I assume it updates on it's own. I know it's always updating on my IPhone.

Re: Maintenance agreement

Coleman, Alton A <ColemanAA@...>

Joe,
I would think so.
If your ABOUT screen in the JAWS Help menu is showing 2 available upgrades, that is what you should be entitled to, as that number is generated directly from the Freedom Scientific/VFO licensing department.
For example, my ABOUT screen showed 0 available upgrades, until I just recently renewed my SMA, at which time, the available upgrades number increased appropriately.
Once you download and install JAWS2018, you should see that number decrease to 0, automatically.

This means that your JAWS license should authorize you to use up through
version 2018. So, you just need to download and install either JAWS18 or
JAWS2018.

Any Facebook guides using JAWS?

Tim Ford

Hello All,

I assume such a guide is out there, to explain the options of setting up
one's FB page. I am looking for fairly detailed options, such as how to
block commercial "friend" requests, and how to block other random friend
requests. I have so many that I don't know, but the list still goes on.
Any suggestions on both a detailed guide overall, and specifically on the
above inconveniences, would be much appreciated.

Skype Incoming Ringer Muting JAWS

Debbie April Yuille

Hi All

I’ve started using the Skype Universal Windows App and have found the JAWS is muted by the incoming ringer when ever I get a call and I’m unable to answer it. I’ve tried going into  my sound settings and telling windows to do nothing under the communications settings but still that hasn’t helped.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks

Debbie
