Thanks for your response, I went on Google and found the following, You may find this helpful. here's some comprehensive instructions on outlook meeting requests, according to my research, it says, outlook2016, however, I suspect it would work with the earlier versions. give it a try, and let me know. Quickly read meeting requests and respond to them in Outlook 2016 by using keyboard shortcuts and a screen reader. Note: This topic assumes that JAWS users have turned off the Virtual Ribbon Menu feature. to make sure the virtual ribbon feature is turned off in jaws, 1, open outlook, 2, press insert+v=quick settings, 3, type the word virtual jaws will say found 2 results, so down arrow until you hear jaws say, virtual ribbon, if it is checked, press the spacebar to uncheck. if it isn't checked, press escape to get out. if the box was checked and you did press the spacebar to uncheck, again, press the escape key twice, to get out, or, you can simply press the enter key twice. Accept a meeting request from the message list 1. In the Message List box, place the focus on the meeting request. 2. To read the meeting request, press F6. The focus moves to the Reading pane, and you hear the message being read. To move through the message, use the arrow keys. 3. To move back to the meeting request in the Message List box, press Shift+F6. 4. Press numeric keypad star (or Shift+F10). The group menu opens, and you hear “Right-click menu, Group menu.” To accept or decline, use these shortcut keys: • To accept, press C, C, and then Enter. • To decline, press E, Enter. • To accept tentatively, press N, Enter. 5. The Microsoft Outlook dialog box opens with the focus on the OK button and, depending on your selection, you hear “This meeting has been accepted,” “This meeting has been declined,” or “This meeting has been tentatively accepted.” 6. To edit your response before sending, send your response now (the default selection), or choose not to send a response, use these shortcut keys: • To edit the response before sending, press E. • To send the response now, press S. • To choose not to send a response, press D. 7. Tab to the OK button, and press Enter. Open and accept a meeting request 1. In the Message List box, place the focus on the meeting request. 2. To read the meeting request, press F6. The focus moves to the Reading pane, and you hear the message being read. To move through the message, use the arrow keys. 3. With the meeting request opened, press Alt+H. The Meeting tab opens, and you hear “Upper ribbon, Meeting tab.” (In Narrator, you hear “Meeting window.”) 4. To accept or decline, use the shortcut keys: • To accept, press C. • To decline, press N. • To accept tentatively, press J. 5. When you hear “Menu, Edit the response before sending,” to select your response, use the shortcut keys: • To edit the response before sending, press E. • To send the response without editing, press S. • To choose not to send a response, press D. Note: You can also propose a new time for the meeting.

I use Outlook 2013, which is pretty similar to Outlook 2010. First, hit the Alt key; that takes you to the ribbons. Then type h, which takes you to the Home tab. Then type c, if your intention is to confirm acceptance of the appointment. After that, your client has two options: To send the meeting acceptance without editing (by typing the letter s), or to add a comment to the confirmation (by typing e and then filling the edit box that pops up immediately thereafter.) If your client wishes to decline a meeting invitation, following the Alt followed by h, he or she can do this simply by tabbing to the appropriate item in the Outlook menus and then hitting Enter once the Decline button is reached. I'm not exactly sure how to specify a decline upfront simply through a sequence of typed keys. But the fields applying to confirming or declining an appointment are well labeled for screen access in Outlook. So he or she shouldn't have a problem after having navigated to the proper tab. -Kane

Sieghard Weitzel <sieghard@...>
I’m sure experiencing even a Category 2 or 3 hurricane is a terrible experience, but there is no worse than a Cat 5 storm. When Irma was at its strongest over the ocean and before it made landfall in the carabians winds up to I think 302 Km/H were recorded. By the time it hit Florida it had slowed to a Cat 4 and while the keys were hit hard, we all know that the damage around Tampa/St. Petersburg was a lot less than many feared.
Irma almost pales in comparison to Super Typhoon Haiyan which was also known as Yolanda in the Philippines. Property damage was less because people where this typhoon hit are poor and live in shacks, but the storm killed over 6,500 people and effected over 11 Million many of which didn’t even have the little they had before. That storm had 1-minute sustained speeds of 315 Km/H (195 MPH) and 10-minute sustained winds were measured at 230 Km/H.
Here is part of an article from the CBC science section: Irma is currently listed as a Category 5 hurricane, but some articles circulating on the internet claim it could become the first to reach Category 6. But those articles are fake. How do we know? Because the Saffir-Simpson hurricane wind scale, which categorizes hurricanes' destructiveness based on their wind speeds, ranges from 1 to 5. When a Category 5 storm hits, you can expect "catastrophic damage," according to a National Hurricane Center backgrounder. "Most of the area will be uninhabitable for weeks or months," it says, as the winds will destroy many homes, collapsing roofs, walls, trees and power lines, causing power outages that last for weeks or months. But why is there no Category 6? "Because once you say catastrophic and there's near complete damage, why do you need a 6?" says Dennis Feltgen, a spokesperson for the National Hurricane Center. Of course, it's not wind speed alone that makes hurricanes destructive. Hurricane Harvey was just a Category 4 when it hit the coast of Texas on Aug. 25, but killed at least 60 people and left 560,000 families seeking housing assistance. Massive flooding from storm surges and more than a metre of rain caused much of the destruction. "We basically have a scale for storm surge … how many feet above ground level there would be inundation." says Feltgen. But the different factors that make storms destructive are too variable to measure on a scale of wind speed, he said.

Hello fellow listerrs,
Hello fellow listerrs,
After surviving one of the strongest hurricane in history, tornado laden, earthquake called Irma. yes, Irma was worse than a category 5 hurricane at times her speed was unmeasurable. This storm actually registered on the Richter scale leaving massive and tragic destruction to solid concrete homes and people. I was blessed in that my home was not destroyed just some cosmetic damage occurred. I’m now living in Georgia because of medical reasons not being able to get medication on a timely basis. My family and I got out right before hurricane Maria of which completely flooded the island making matters even worse. Then to add even more insult to injury, rainy season has just started and the rain is coming down in buckets and with no trees mudslides are causing havoc. I’ll say sometimes being blind is a good thing.

Re: Ripping a CD
Randy Barnett <randy@...>
Hi, did you get this figured out?
Brian: Yeah, like you said though it automaticly pops up with the artist info so I think even a beginner would just press next to accept the first option. the WMP part of my instructions was for the mp3 tags so media players would have the correct artist and song info. Just changing the file names wont do this. but it has been so long since I messed with a actual CD things may have changed. God! I remember when I first put over 200 CD's on my PC When I figured out I could do that. Back then artists didnt always come up correctly. Sometimes it would have 3 different artists for a CD and I would have to find one of the kids to tell me witch one it was! Thank you. The last time I updated, there was an extra icon that did not work. This time, both of them work, but I didn't know if one would activate the new version and the second would activate the old version. It seemed to me as though both of them activated the same version.
