I guess if the context menu option is "Collapse the ribbon", it is
maximised?

Hi Bill,

To navigate ribbons more efficiently the ribbons need to be maximized. The
keystroke is, control + F1. This keystroke is a toggle so, this keystroke
will maximize & minimize the ribbons.

To check if the ribbons are minimized / maximized do the following:
1. Press the, Alt key, to open the ribbons.
2. Open the context menu with either the application key or, shift + F10.
3. Arrow up or down to the, Minimize, option. If, Minimize, is checked, the
ribbons are minimized, pressing, enter, on this checkbox, will uncheck it
&close the context menu, & your menues will now be maximized.

Take care. Mike. Go Dodgers!

How can I roll back to firefox 56.0 or earlier?

Andre

Subject says it all. I’m still more comfortable using Window-eyes so with browse mode not working in 56.1, I’d like to roll back to an earlier version without doing a computer restore from within Windows. I appreciate everyone’s help. Is there a place to get earlier FF versions, and what’s the installation procedure? Would I have to uninstall the current version first or can I install over the current version?

Is it better to try installing one of the extended service releases?

Thanks again,

Hi all: Just acquired my first laptop, an ASUS Transformer. Have JFW
18 installed, and at startup, I hear "windows locked screen," and I
don't seem to find any way out of it. I'm a tad lost as to the laptop
keyboard layout and need to get into a position where I can use the
JAWS help function and press the keys to learn the pertinent
differences. Any hints on how to get out of the locked screen?

Has anyone notice that with the latest Jaws 18 and Thunderbird having to shift + tab once to read messages? I am going to try a repair of jaws and a reinstall of TB but I thinnk it is a Jaws issue...

I've seen this problem too. Don't know how to fix it.  Very annoying to start typing and find all my words ran together when this happens.
