Firefox and Webvisum work fine together, but you now have to download Webvisum via the Firefox Add-Ons Manager (in the Tools menu) and not via the Webvisum website. Go to Tools > Add-Ons Manager, once the page loads, use Jaws Key+F7 to bring up the list of links on that site and go to "See more add-ons", it's the last link for me when I just did this. Press enter on the Webvisum requires restart and allow the installation, then Firefox needs to restart and once it does you will be asked for your user name and password for Webvisum, you can check the box to remember this and once done Webvisum will always load and you will get signed in when you start Firefox. Apart from that I agree with the opinion of others, IE is still my preferred browser, but I think it is essentials to have at least Firefox on your PC also as some sites no longer support IE well and I think everybody should have a Webvisum user name and password and take advantage of this great tool for solving captchas. I usually just press Enter and that will put focus into thefield for my PIN. It could be different if you use a password instead of a PIN, but I really like the PIN since I can quickly punch it in on the keypad and whatever length I set Windows knows when I have entered the appropriate number of digits and it will just login without the need to enter the password and press enter.

Re: Spin boxes
HH. Smith Jr.
Hi Guys,
In my experience with combo boxes, I found that using the ALT + up and down arrow works best; because on some websites, for instance websites that sell parts, when you press the space bar or enter the combo box become activated however when you arrow down the first choice is chosen and that product becomes the product of choice whether you wanted it or not. When you use the ALT key method, it defeats this action. After your choice is made, just hit escape, tab, or Alt up arrow to close the combo box and then you can go about your merry way.

What should she be LISTENING for to know she's on the right spot? Thanks, as always - this list is lifesaver to us. -Holly

Can all of the Firefox bookmarks be deleted with 1 action?
Peter Tesar
Hello,
In the process of setting up Firefox, I tried importing bookmarks from IE and an HTML file. Since I didn't know that each import worked, I repeated the process. I now have multiple copies of all of the bookmarks. I can delete the individual bookmarks but that would be a tedious process. I can't find any menu item to delete all the bookmarks. I don't know if I could delete all using ctrl+a. The latter might not work or it would delete too much. It would be easier to start with a clean bookmark list and then do just one import from IE. Thanks. Peter T.
