Hi Brian,
Thanks for letting me know, I thought maybe I’d missed something about Edge now working with Jaws so just thought I’d double check, I’m quite happy still working with IE, but was just intrigued about edge and what it had to offer and how it compared with IE, well looks like I’ll have to wait a little longer to see, although I’m surprised to hear its working with the other screen readers and not jaws though.

Paul, I would not presume that MS-Edge is accessible in its entirety via JAWS until VFO states that it is and under what releases. It was just a fluke this morning that I brought up the confirmation page in Edge since I had it up for something else as well. I fired up JAWS because it had been mentioned. For my blind and visually impaired clients I use IE, Firefox, and Chrome alone or in combination as the client prefers. Edge is still too much of a work in progress at the moment from my perspective. --

Hi,
I know there’s a lot of subjectivity in voice preferences, but I’m curious if any can describe general aspects of how the new Vocalizer voices are different from the ones previously available.
Thanks in advance, Keith

Hi Brian,
You said you were using MS edge, is this now accessible with Jaws? I’m using Jaws 16 and it still doesn’t seem to work here.

Oops, missed the comment about the confirmation page. I, however, am not having any problem with it in MS-Edge with JAWS 17. It reads the "I am not a robot" checkbox unchecked and I can check/uncheck that checkbox with spacebar.

it didn't fix the problems i was having in 17. so i am back to 16. a few bells and whistles in 18 but for sure doesn't rate a full upgrade. the audio ducking only applies to windows 8 and above. also the merge only works from 17 to 18. if you have anything lower than 17 that won't work anyway. on 17 my vertual curcer kept shutting itself off. thaught it might have been fixed in 18 but it wasn't.
