I know, I know, this is a Magic question, but
Stan Holdeman
But I am guessing the answer to the problem is the same as in Jaws.
After re-installing Magic 13 after upgrading to W10, I can’t get Magic to
not automatically load at boot up. I have gone to preferences and made sure that
the automatic boxes are not checked. Still it keeps loading at boot up.
How do I stop it?

is it possible to attach text or audio files to a FACEBOOK page and where is this option?
Ryan Coverdell
I have parts of fiction stories I've written (uncopyrighted), and also
some gospel songs (also uncopyrighted), that I'd like to share with people for free. Is it possible to post text files or mp-3 audio files on FACEBOOK for people to listen to or read? I don't want them critiqued, just enjoyed by people. How would these be attached to some one's page? Would these files have to be permanent parts of the page or could they be taken down? I do not subscribe to the list any more, so I would need some one to reply off list like some one has been doing for my streaming audio issue. Thank you ahead of time for responding. Regards, Ryan Coverdell

As has already been said, Windows plus D is the keystroke to take you to the desktop and Windows plus M only Minimizes a series of windows that eventually reveals the desktop.

I have noticed that for me at least, the windows+m keystroke no longer puts jaws on the "desktop" of windows 10. Is there a setting configuration I am missing that would allow this keystroke to once again be effective, or another way of putting focus on the desktop? Also, I will be upgrading from Microsoft office professional 2010 to office 2016. I plan on purchasing the version of office 16 that allows you to download it directly to one PC and use it with a local copy of office on my actual unit, rather than office 365 from the web. Does anyone know when I go to do this, if the old version of office 10 will automatically be removed when I go to upgrade, or will I have to first remove office 10 before I place office 16 on my unit? Any suggestions on the most effective way to do this? Thank you for your thoughts/suggestions in advance. -Andrew-

I don't use VOIP, but I heard that viatalk.com or voipo.com (or .org) are good choices to try. each service has their strengths and weaknesses, i.e. features, services, cost, etc.

From: Cristóbal Sent: Friday, June 24, 2016 5:26 PM To: main@jfw.groups.io Subject: Jaws accessible VOIP service/desktop client Hello list, I’m in search of an accessible VOIP desktop client with Jaws as it is the screen reader I’m using. I’m currently using Skype and a Skype telephone number. My subscription comes due in a few weeks and before I renew for another year, I wanted to see if there was perhaps another option out there that is equal to or more accessible than skype. I know there’s Vonage and I guess MagicJack and grasshopper, but I’m also looking for something that I can use to take and receive calls on a computer with all the regular functions like call waiting, forwarding, voicemail, etc. I’m a big time Google Voice user, but the one drawback is that there’s no real way to easily answer/make calls from the computer with GV/Hangouts and Jaws. I currently have my GV business line forward to my Skype number where I can then manage incoming/outgoing calls. Free or Paid is fine. I’m just looking for something that is reliable and accessible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
