Some sites just work with one browser but not the other. That's one reason I keep both on my system.

First of all, I forgot to mention about my friend computer tower ,her old computer tower power wouldn't come on at all because the panel is gone!! She find another computer tower from someone ,so she took that computer tower to the computer shop where her old computer tower was ,so the people can take out everything out of her old computer tower such as hard drive, jaws program and etc to put in the computer tower that she got from a friend. She was on the computer on friday and jaws was working there. So when she went on her computer on yesterday morning that when she discover jaws isn't saying anything at all!! I have given her some suggestion trying to activate her jaws and still not coming back on!! I will see if she can try to press ctrl + alt + j to see what's happen from there this evening. If jaws doesn't come back on then I will have to call FS technical support with her on the phone,I asked her last night if she have the jaws 7 cd ,she told me that she doesn't remember where she put the cd. I will let you know what I find out this evening to see if jaws come back on or not when I give her a call this evening!! O. Addison Gethers e-mail address oag1rottie@... Re: How do I tag friends on my status updates on Facebook
Nickus de Vos <bigboy529@...>
Hi
You must put the @ sign in front of the name and then click on the name from the drop down menu. 1. You can't do this on m.facebook.com use www.facebook.com. 2. Type the status plus friends name e.g. @peter Smith. 3. Press jaws key + numpad minus to root jaws to pc. 4. Arrow down until you hear the persons name as a button. 5. Click on the button by pressing slash on the numpad, jaws will say left click. 6. Root pc back to jaws by pressing jaws key + plus on the numpad. Your friend should be tagged as a link then just post the status and see if you did it correctly. On 9/24/11, Anders Boholdt-Petersen <english_correspondences@...> wrote: Hi,

Urgent help required regarding Firefox

Dear Friends,
I have upgraded to firefox 6 and JAWS 12.0.58 and I am facing a peculiar problem: I have kept JAWS option to recognize all graphics and there are graphical buttons on reliance prepaid recharge site myservices.relianceada.com but although internet explorer does allow me to read those buttons firefox does not even show them. Please help. How do I overcome this difficulty? If I can't sort this out then it is impossible for me to proceed further. Re: Firefox
Dave Scrimenti <dscrimenti@...>
You can import your favorites, and they'll be in your Firefox bookmarks. I think the import command is in the file menu. However, I would suggest instead to get the firefox add-on called plain old favorites. This actually puts your favorites menu on your firefox menu bar. Then whenever you want to save a page, save it in your favorites so it will be available in either browser. I'm using Jaws 11 and have no problems with firefox 6. It may be that you're out of the page elements. Maybe you're on the address bar or the search bar etc. Tab a few times until you hear some actual page links. Then try insert F7.

I don't know the technical term for this, but on a particular Web page's combo boxes, when I try to arrow up and down a list of available choices, the page accepts each arrow press as my selection and refreshes itself.
