Don't know anything about Adobe Reader voices. Are you referring to the
"Read Out Loud" feature? That's not really relevant to a JAWS discussion
list.

Sure, you can do that,

You'll just be using 2 keys.

One for work computer, and one for personal laptop.

Does the district own a separate JAWS license from yours? If so, then keep
them separate. Otherwise, you are allowed installation of a single JAWS
license on three computers (or three separate attempts to install).

Not sure what you mean by "district". However in general, no you do not need
to remove any prior versions, and in fact since this is still beta, I would
keep older versions active so you can shut down 13 and load an earlier
version if things go wrong.

Hi,

I hesitated to post this question because some people here turn questions
into a drama fest but here goes.

I use my personal laptop here at work, the district always upgrades to the
latest versions of softwares etc when it is time. Jaws 13 is coming out
soon, so is it possible to install a district copy of jaws onto my personal
laptop? Will I have to remove the jaws versions I have before doing so? This
is assuming I can though. I ask that part because of the licencing aspect. I
hope to blue skies that made sense.

Re: Jaws 13 with Excel

Gary King

Tracy,
Adding a little more information about settings title reading in Excel with JAWS 13, once you are in Quick Settings with Insert plus v, type title reading into the search box and arrow down to the first result. Press Enter on title reading, and this will take you to that section of the treeview. The settings should then be the same as they were in JFW 12.

Tracy,
You should still be able to use the same key combination and set up the reading of titles in Quick Settings just like you did in the Verbosity Menu of JAWS 12.

lol. Anyways... My question was answered, so I will go home now.
