Do you have the you tube app on your device like a tablet or a phone. what you could do is go to that particular you tube video that you want to send through email and then share it and in there it gives you the option to send to your email client whatever is the default email client on your mobile devices whether that bea tablet or phone. Give that a shot. If you have any questions, email me directly, mark it as
high priority and put Attention Rex or something specifically related to
HTML editors, etc. I get hundreds of emails a day and sometimes people get
lost in the shuffle if I miss their email the first time through.

You access the toolbars while in the edit fields with alt and thf10 key.
There are some tutorials for that resource but they are kind of vague in
some places.
Your best bet of all would be to get a WordPress account and use that
WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). It's almost 100 percent accessible
and you can generate the page and copy the code to wherever you need it.
That's kind of a long way around the barn to get to the trough but if you
don't know how WYSIWYG editors work, then it's the best possible place for
you to start. If you do understand WYSIWYG, then use the html cleaner link.
You can create your pages in Microsoft Word and have them really and truly
cleaned for website presentation.

I am currently using Outlook 2010; but, I think 2013 is about the same.

1. Press alt+f to open the file menus
2. Down arrow to the info tap; but, do not enter.
3. Tab three times and enter twice on accounts.
4. Now press control tab once to change to the next page.
5. The last area on this page is the list of email accounts that you have on
your machine.
6. Up or down arrow to select the account you want to make default and shift
tab to the set as default account option.
7. Now tab to the close button and press spacebar.
I believe this is what you are looking for!

You might have inadvertently set the Tab key to launch Webvizum help. Try
this:

Webvizum
Preferences
Key Bindings
Tab to the list

Then arrow down to Help and tab once to see what keystroke is assigned to
it. Change as necessary.

Verizon must have the most annoying website, which is why I avoid going on
it. However, after receiving double my usual bill amount today, I went
online to find out why. Now they require me to update my password to one
they deem more secure. Unfortunately, IE11 recognizes no username or
password fields, so I had to turn to Firefox. Here, those fields do appear.
However, every time I tab, Webvisum help comes up. When I close out
Webvisum, JAWS can't read anything on the page.

Any ideas?

In case you're still interested, read on, but it's a lengthy message!

I was able to do this with a macro in Excel 2013 on Windows 7 using JAWS 16. I don't use the virtual ribbon. If you have different versions, or you use the virtual ribbon, the specific keystrokes may change. Here's what I did.

I had previously made sure the Developer tab was available on the ribbon in Excel - it's not by default. To check whether it's there, press Alt to go to the upper ribbon, then RightArrow across. For me, it's just after the View tab. If it's not there, you need to go into the Options dialogue to turn it on. The keytips for this are Alt, F, T.

DownArrow to Customize Ribbon and then Tab to "Ribbon Tree view Excel Options Home open". DownArrow to Developer. There is a checkbox next to it which JAWS does not announce. Press Space to toggle the setting - JAWS doesn't announce it. Press Enter to close the dialogue and check the ribbon again - the Developer tab should now be there.

Next, open a spreadsheet. Go to the Developer tab with Alt, L, and Tab to "use relative reference". If it's not announced as "checked", press Space to check it. For me, this option defaults to unchecked every time I start Excel.

Checking the option removes you from the ribbon, so press Alt, L to get back to the Developer tab and choose Record Macro, keytip R

A dialogue opens. You have to give your macro a name which has to start with a letter (not a number or punctuation mark) and must not contain spaces.

Tab to the shortcut key edit. All you can specify is a letter. The modifier is already set as Ctrl and can't be changed. I choose Q usually, because it's easy to find!

Tab once more to a "Store macro in" combo box and set it to Personal Macro Workbook if you want it to be available for other spreadsheets.

OK the dialogue and you're finally ready to record the steps you need!
Press Ctrl+1 to open the Format dialogue.
RightArrow to the Border tab
Tab once to the Style list, and DownArrow to "double", which is the last one, and press Space to select it.
Tab once to Line Colour and press Space to open the Colour picker. This is an array and there are a number of ways to navigate it to the colour of your choice. For red, I UpArrow twice to the Standard colour list, then LeftArrow four times. Press Space bar to select it.
Tab twice to the Presets Outline button, and Space to press it.
Press Enter to close the dialogue.

Now stop recording the macro with Alt, L, R - the same keytips you use for start recording.

And that should be it!

In my experience, if you press the keystroke on the wrong cell, you can't press Ctrl+Z to undo it. If you realise you've made a mistake immediately, you can press Ctrl+1 and you're on the right page of the dialogue, so it's just a matter of tabbing to the Presets None button and pressing it.

Last thing to mention is that if you stored the macro in the Personal Macro Workbook, this is a hidden workbook that opens every time you run Excel. To make changes or delete the macro, you have to open Excel, go to the View tab and press Unhide - Alt, W, U. Then you can use Alt+F8 to get to the Macro dialogue and change or remove it.

Looks like this topic is not interesting for all of you at all.
Anyway, maybe it will be something that you will need. Let me tell you how I fixed my problem.
I was getting problems on my tablet with the lock screen, later I was noticing that jaws 16, and jaws 17 weren't working well either.
First, I modified the register to remove the lock screen, in Google you can find the way if you want to remove the lock screen, the lock screen looks like doesn't have a reason to exist.
Talking with freedom scientific, they told me that the last update of jaws 17, that was out a few days ago, fixed my problems. Now the virtual keyboard appears when I need it, and jaws looks more stable on my both tablets.
Moreover, fs told me that jaws 17 will have support for the touch keyboard, like we have in the iPhones and iPads, that we slide our finger on the screen, and we release our finger from the screen, and it type the character that we want.
Jaws on tablets without keyboard is very very good, it is not like a an iPad or an iPhones yet, but we are going on that direction. I am working on my tablet without any keyboard, and there are still many thing that I need to learn, but it is very good.

Playing flash movies

Hi All,

What's the trick to playing flash movies? I've never been able to figure it
out. When they show up, Jaws reads flash movie start, then a bunch of
buttons, some unlabeled, and finally flash movie end. I've tried clicking
on each of the buttons to no avail. Any tips?

That's about as good an answer as you could possibly get right there. Mike
that's a great post and you covered it all.
I might add that WordPress is changing all the time. I build websites with it on
a frequent basis and what I was unable to do a year ago is now not a problem.
So, it's something to consider. There is a little learning curve but nothing
like what you would experience with Drupal or Joomla. Personally, I'll never use
Drupal again for any type of website but that's just my opinion and based on
countless and frustrated hours.

The accessible web editor really all depends on your website's requirements. If
you are just building a basic web page, it would be fine to use Word to create
it, and save it as a filtered web page. Another free option for building
websites is KompoZer. KompoZer is a bit outdated (latest stable released in
2007), since it does not follow HTML5 standards, but again it is fine for basic
websites for displaying information. Either way, if you choose to use an HTML
editor, you will still need to know what is going on underneath the hood, to
edit the code.

If you are wanting to get more sophisticated like a contact form, and you are
not a programmer, then I too would recommend WordPress. Also, if you want
interactivity on your site, such as the ability for viewers to post comments,
you will want WordPress. There are two ways you can approach WordPress,
depending on your requirements: wordpress.com, or download the software from
wordpress.org to host yourself, based on your hosting provider. If you do not
wish to pay for WordPress and hosting, and just want a free website for
displaying information and allowing users to comment/you want a contact form,
use wordpress.com. If you want to get fancy and build an e-commerce site,
download WordPress from wordpress.org or look at your hosting provider's
one-click installation options. Many hosting providers have it built in where
you can perform the equivalent of a one-click installation for popular software
like WordPress. It may be under something like Autoinstaller or Simple Scripts,
or could be called Fantastico de Luxe.

If you later decide that you need to get really advanced, you could learn web
design from a programmer's perspective, and learn CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby on
Rails, and/or parts of Java Enterprise Edition like servlets, Java server pages,
Java server faces, etc. I certainly understand where you are coming from, if you
think this seems like a lot of technology. If you need to program, start with
PHP. If you are building a web application for a large enterprise, look more
towards the other technologies I mentioned for servers: Java Enterprise, Ruby on
Rails, etc. Overall, go for cost, and compare each of the technologies, as they
pertain to your requirements. Look at factors like development times for each
decision. I recommend PHP as a starting point though, because it is very
popular. Most web hosting providers also offer a PHP and MySQL solution.
WordPress is powered by PHP and MySQL.

There is plenty you can do with web design, with little or no programming
though, so I would certainly recommend sticking with WordPress or an HTML
editor, if your site is simple in nature, and not reflective of a web
application. If it is meant to be more of an application, you may wish to see
what WordPress can do still. There are thousands of existing plugins that can
extend WordPress. If I wanted a contact form on a contact page, for example, I
would look for an existing plugin that implemented that functionality.

There are even other content management systems like Joomla! and Drupal. In
short, the sky is the limit when it comes to web design. Good luck.

Adrian,

You might have inadvertently set the Tab key to launch Webvizum help. Try
this:

tools
Webvizum
Preferences
Key Bindings
Tab to the list

Then arrow down to Help and tab once to see what keystroke is assigned to
it. Change as necessary.

Another suggestion I might make is to use JAWS Key plus F3 to reach the Virtual html features list. From here, you can arrow through various elements such as buttons and combo boxes. One of the items on this list is form fields. If you can press Enter on the form fields list and locate the password form field in this list, you may be able to press Enter again, and enter your password here.

The Virtual html features list works very similar to the links list navigated by using JAWS Key plus F7.

Hi, Adrian. The only suggestion I can make is to use the up and down arrows to navigate between the username and password fields to avoid encountering WebVisum help. If you still can't get to the fields in this manner, they may not be rendered as form fields, even though the field titles are shown.
