Re: Google Search Results Not Numbered
Carolyn Arnold <4carolyna@...>
Of all things, JAWS 13, dummed down a little and XP with (UI hate to admit) IE 7. It won't let me update now with XP. Sometimes I get the message that I need to update, that eventually I won't have web access. When that happens, I will be forced to get my new stuff, but I do want to wait until after the first of the year, or if I have to, late November or December.

Hi all.
I'm not sure that this is a JAWS question or not but your help is appreciated either way. In excel 2010 I'd like to be able to identify cells that are "Obscured widen" or cells that are not formulated correctly and show some kind of error message. More or less I'd like to be able to proof the sheet before sending. Any thoughts on how to do this efficiently? Thanks. Greg -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... I'd urge you to contact FS or your supplier. Based on earlier posts, FS will work out some arrangement with users who formerly had SMAs but who let them expire.

Keep in mind that FS has changed its SMA price structure. Instead of "standard," there'll be something like "home." "Pro" in our Windows systems will no longer determine whether we must buy the higher-priced SMA. So for many of us, the SMAs should be coming down in price.

Cc: Michal Nowicki Subject: RE: bounces When I studied at the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired, a residential school specializing in teaching adaptive skills, I was in one of the most restrictive computer environments imaginable. Students were prohibited from visiting any site that requires them to enter their personal information (e.g. online stores and all sites requiring users to log in), and many web pages, including Google, were completely blocked. As for e-mail, all attachments with nontextual extensions (photos, music, videos, etc.) were filtered out to prevent school computers from catching a virus. Moreover, all traffic from outside the state network was marked as spam, unless the address was in the user's contacts. That being said, I strongly suspect your e-mail administrator's settings interfere with your communication on this list. While there may be a setting you can change yourself, I'm afraid the matter lies in the hands of the state, which may have to work with the list administrator. I'm sorry I can't be of greater assistance, but I hope your issues get resolved quickly. -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:jfw-bounces@lists.the-jdh.com] On Behalf Of Lisle, Ted (CHFS DMS) via Jfw Sent: Friday, July 24, 2015 10:58 AM To: The Jaws for Windows support list. The drive is seen in Windows Explorer, and I can get to it fine, listing the several onboard folders, but I can't seem to do anything with it. All I get is a statement about a Context menu, but nothing I do generates any activity, whether using cursor keys, Tab, Control Tab, Applications key. I'm stumped. I haven't had this problem with other drives of this type I've used, all of which were just plug-n-play. Any help appreciated. I have found that opening the heading of "view mobile version" renders the articles quite readable friendly. After opening the article link, tab several times past the section heading and tab to view mobile version. Tab several more times to the beginning of the article. You will pass several more heading, but keep going. Roger
