No, I work for a CRP. We have access to aware to add/read case notes, and to
look up client information.
I personally don't use aware, I used it so rarely, my account expired and I
haven't bothered to get it renewed.

Re: WLM Spell Check

Dave Mitchell

Thanks, I used the Windows Live Guide following these exact steps and also confirmed that all English languages were installed without success activating the spell check features.
My Word 7 spell check feature was working though and somehow my tech from a remote session was able to get the WLM spell check feature operating as advertised. Mitch

Greetings: Thanks to David, I now have solved my recent CC & BCC issue.
Next and very much needed by me is the Spell Check option. I have made the changes I wanted in the Spell Check Tab and invoked ‘apply’ but this feature is still not working. Also in individual messages, the F7 keystroke produces no results in my test messages containing intentionally misspelled words.

Finally, I do have Word 7 with a working spell check feature which would provide a workable yet time consuming work-around.

All ideas welcome. Thanks, Mitch

Mitch,

I haven't noticed a reply to this query. I'm guessing there's a setting in WLM that allows you to import or use Word's spell-checker. This is the case with Outlook. You might google something like the following: WLM, spell-checker, word 2010.

A WLM user will probably post a more specific answer soon.

hello;

well, if you have the CC & BCC fields to show,

then,

1, ctrl+n=new message,

2, shift+tab twice you should hear,
hide CCBCC button,

so, here you can type the name which you wish to BCC.

then just do a normal send,

alt+s.

Re: Installing JAWS using JAWS Tandem

Dave Durber

Londa:

It is not possible to use Tandom to install JAWS on another computer. This is because the installation program for any version of JAWS, unloads JAWS, if there is a version installed and is already running, including closing any session of Tandom. This is so the installation program, can run a very basic version of JAWS, including speech, to install the full version of the software.
