Yes, but if Cliff has an SMA linked to version 11, he is already in a position where he either needs to purchase a new SMA to get version 12 (if it's not already too late), or pay full price to get version 12 plus SMA for version 13. I and my housemates have a house full of XP machines, and I have J 12 on 2 of them, but run J 11 on all of them, so I'd save the headaches for the new machine.
