There was a little thing I installed on their computer, I'm not sure of the name now, maybe it was called catnip, but when it was installed, mouse users would try to use the mouse, and it would never move onto an icon, it only pushed them around. Soon all their desktop icons were in an icon pile-up mess. You can only do it once without really pissing someone off.
