Oh, so frustrating. We use something called Software Center and I don’t know if that is our branding for it or if it’s the actual application name. I will note that I had some issues with the VM Boxer app to read my email on the phone. I reached out to VMWare, who said to go through my company contact. I did and they resolved the issues. So, I would encourage you to see if you can find out who maintains that relationship with VMWare and report the issue. It’s a big enough company now that maybe they’ll give it some attention.

Thanks, I have to use it on my Windows machine as that’s now how I’ll get any new software for downloading. As well as a lot of other processes. There is very little labeling of fields and I’ll bet that there’s no accessible features.
My company uses it, but my only interaction with it is that it’s on my iPhone as part of the required apps to get mobile email access.
