For NY Times email, I always begin by clicking on the link for reading on the Web, at the top of each message.

I have a similar odd message problem that only happens with NY Times newsletters. But I don’t have a Braille display so don’t know if JAWS is still reading.
That happens for me is that sometimes JAWS can read the entire message/newsletter but, more often, if I open a link from it, when I go back to the message to read another story, JAWS is silent. Sometimes I can escape from the original message and start over but sometimes, I need to close Outlook and reopen it.
I am using latest JAWS 2022, Office 365 and Windows 10

Hi all, I’ve noticed that sometimes when I open a message that Jaws goes silent but yet when I arrow through it the contents still show up on my braille display; any idea what could be causing this and what I could do to resolve this? It happens randomly which makes it weirder and harder to know when it’ll happen. Using latest versions of Jaws, Microsoft 365 and Windows 11. Madison
