If you are using the on-premise version of Jira it does not have the accessibility support as the web version of Jira does.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
Atlassian is no longer fixing any bugs for accessibility in the on-premise version and it has its share of issues.

Hi all. We use Jira to run our ticketing system at work. It seems to work OK with JAWS. I have used it from a customer side, and on the admin side too, because I do handle tickets that are assigned to me.
You can utilize emails to send responses back and forth to customers on existing tickets, which I think it a nice feature. Like any platform, it has its quirks, and can be challenging at times, but overall my experience has been positive.

I haven't begun learning Jira yet, but I plan to start learning it soon, so I am also interested in this topic.

Subject: JFw and Jira
I have recently started using Jira and was wondering if there are JFW keystrokes for Jira or ways to make navigation and task completion in that tool with JFW easier.
Any suggestions would be really helpful
